**Experience the best of Oceanside Village with an array of incredible amenities included in your rental! Enjoy private beachfront parking with convenient restrooms and showers, two seasonal outdoor pools featuring a children’s splash park and hot tub, plus a heated indoor pool for year-round relaxation. The neighborhood offers a playground and multiple sports facilities, including tennis, baseball, volleyball, horseshoes, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball.

Stay entertained at the community center, which hosts social events, explore the on-site library, or enjoy fishing in designated areas. A fitness center is available for an additional fee, and for those interested, a non-denominational church service is also offered on-site. Oceanside Village truly has something for everyone!

Quaint; Perfect

Very neat and clean, perfect for girls trip. Stayed in OSV before so we are familiar with the area. Suited us very well for our girls trip. :-)

Perfect location.

Our Stay

It was great! They thought of everything we would need and then some. It was very nice after traveling not to have to go immediately to the grocery store in order to buy paper towels trash bags etc. Super fast response from manager with answers to any questions. We enjoyed our stay 🌴

Sand pebble Oceanside.

We loved this place. Location and golf cart included? Who does that? Great rental for the beach. Very pleased with price. Clean and tidy property. Will book again.

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property. The home was as listed and clean. We have vacationed at Oceanside Village for the last several years and this was our favorite stay so far. The owners were very responsive and even checked in on us a couple days after we got there to make sure everything was great. We will definately be back to vacation there again.

Great Place!

The location and amenities were awesome. The house and community were very clean. Owners easily accessible if needed. The golf cart was a wonderful added bonus! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SandPebble Memories. The kids are already asking to go back to the "yellow house"

Best vacation yet

The house was wonder and so what the criggers. The house was a wonder set up for my family and the golf cart was a wonderful asset to get to and from the beach and other things on the property. My 3 year old loved the outside and inside pool as we had nightly swims in the inside pool. The relaxed atmosphere really helped us enjoy our vacation.

Fun little getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying at Larry & Helen's property. It was clean and fully equip with everything we needed (plenty of linens!) Very clear instructions and information packet was provided, which was very helpful. The area was peaceful and child friendly. Even the neighbor was super sweet and happened to be from the same state we were from! The golf cart was an added bonus! We hope to come back again since we loved it so much!

Cute & Cozy vacation spot

My family & I had a wonderful stay . The home was nice and clean ,the location was perfect and the home included so many extras such as the golf cart which was a plus! I will definitely book again in the near future!

Great getaway!

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend here with our family and infant grandson; everything was wonderful and we wanted for nothing! We played games and cards, took the golf cart to the beach, and had a great weekend. We will definitely be back!

Ultimate Beach Retreat

We have stayed at quite a few rental properties, and this was easily the most family friendly place we have been. The owners were incredibly responsive, even helping us when we needed to change our plans slightly. The house was perfect for our family, and we so appreciated how easy everything was. The highlights for our young children were the golf cart (they called it "Banana") and the indoor pool!

Everything you need!

Bikes, go cart, beach toys, beach chairs, oh my! Well equipped kitchen, plenty of extra linens. Are clean roomy accomodations.

Our Stay

It was a nice clean and quiet neighborhood to stay at. we enjoyed our stay but we didnt take the cat with us. The cat was nice to have around.
