Riverfront Escape in Blue Spruce Village is a cozy condo with 3 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 queen/1 twin in 3rd bedroom) and 2.5 baths giving plenty of room for a friends/family getaway. Relax in front of the wood-burning stove, watch TV on the smart TV, enjoy riverfront views, and play family friendly games. Wi-Fi, cable TV, and smart TV are on the house. Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen and dining room. When you want to explore outdoors, visit Rocky Mtn National Park and downtown Estes Park.



The Space:

3 bedroom, 2.5 bedroom home located in Estes Park and near Rocky Mountain National Park. Next to the Big Thompson River, enjoy the sounds of the river from your back deck. A cozy wood burning fireplace for the cold winter nights is also available.



Guest Access:

Self check in via lock box. Code sent via check in instructions email from PMI Travel prior to arrival day/time.

Great home. Beautiful view from the back porch. Wish it had been warm enough to have coffee on the back porch in the morning. Later in the day it warmed up. I can now say Ive seen someone fly fishing from my back porch. Had a very relaxing week.

This was the perfect place to stay for our week long getaway. My sisters and I had a great time, just sitting on the deck, listening to the river flow. So relaxing. The house is beautiful, but I sure would have liked a shower downstairs. A couple of us are old ladies and those steps to the shower was an effort. Other than that, perfect.

Family getaway

We have eight of us stay for a great week long vacation. This location was great. Right on the river and close to town but not too much traffic. The location had everything we needed. Thanks for a great week.

The property was really nice Just as listed in the description. The river location is the highlight of the property. Well equipped kitchen! Easy to get to RMNP and the center of Estes.

Riverfront Escape is Awesome

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful and sits right on the riverfront! So picturesque in the snow. Now we must return to see it in a different season. Home has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Families with elderly just need to be aware that there is a half bath downstairs and 2 full baths upstairs.

Beautiful spot

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit. We sat on the back deck with the river, morning and evening. Such a special place! It was very comfortable for a family of 6. The only thing to note is that there is no full bathroom downstairs. I put my parents downstairs as they are older so that they wouldn’t have to navigate the steps, but they did have to go upstairs to shower. The only other thing to note is that the 2 upstairs full baths are inside the bedrooms. It was no big deal. We just had to “schedule” showers a bit. None of these things are drawback, just good information to have when booking a unit. We 100% will book this unit again.
