We had a great time, the property is well maintained and in a great location. The hot tub was great in the evenings with the cooler weather. Perfect getaway weekend!

We always love visiting Estes Park, and this was by far the nicest cabin we’ve stayed in. Perfect location, and the river sounds so relaxing while sitting on the deck. The hot tub is awesome too!

The river behind the cabin is a treat. The mountain views from the deck and hot tub are wonderful. The cabin itself is beautiful. It is a real log cabin. We saw elk and turkeys right in the yard. Do bring in food from your car because a bear came down at night from the mountain and got some food out of our car. It was a perfect place for our family vacation.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was spacious, clean, and had everything our family needed. Being right by the river was one of our favorite parts—the sound of the flowing water made it so peaceful, and we even saw elk nearby during our stay. The location was perfect: quiet and secluded, yet only minutes from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The hot tub worked great after long days of hiking, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our vacation and would absolutely stay here again!

The house is on Fall River which makes for a nice experience. We had wild turkeys entertaining us every day of our stay which was fun to watch. The house had everything we needed, just could use a deep cleaning and new bath towels.

Description was accurate and a beautiful setting with the creek flowing and lulling you to sleep at night. Jacuzzi was also nice touch. Relaxing stay…One suggestion is checking lamps and outside deck lighting. Several light bulbs didn’t work.

My family stayed Oct 1st -Oct 5th. We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view, we had a bear visit twice, many turkeys and Elk. We would definitely stay again, the host was always available if I had questions. The hot tub was a huge hit also.

Great location

This cabin is in a great location!! Right down the road from the national park and from the main area of town! The cabin itself was very clean and open and the relaxing sound of the stream right behind it was wonderful!!

The host was responsive and accommodating. Charming modern log cabin with great fireplace. My only complaint is that WiFi is nearly non-existent (5 mbps).

Gorgeous scenery 👌

Loved the stay. They should get a new bbq and bolt in the bathroom/shower rails better. Over all we absolutely loved the place.

Check in, finding it, all that was easy peasy!! Everything was nice & clean. Being next to the river was absolutely perfect & very relaxing!! The only complaint we had was the beds aren’t the most comfortable & we were so glad we took our own pillows!

Wonderful!

The location was amazing. The deck with the hot tub right on the river was wonderful and we had Elk come right up. Overall it could use some updates (towels, bathroom areas, etc) but that doesn’t count against being 5 star for the price and location.

This cabin is the best for a family or group needing lots of beds! It has character. The hot tub worked perfectly. Bathrooms were clean and had extra towels, toilet paper and, if needed, plungers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The hand can opener was broken but Dollar Tree took care of that for us for 1.50. So now the cabin has an opener again! Location is perfect! We got to Cinnamons bakery by walking and in time to get whatever we wanted. The river flowing next to us was so calming and put us to sleep at night. Close to RMNP entrance. TV and WiFi worked great. Beds were comfy. Pillows were many and fluffy. There is a binder with all the info you need for a great vacation. Back street into town to avoid the traffic is right across from Fall River Lane. Best vacation and location and cabin ever! We will be back!

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable home. The property was easy to access. The yard including area by picnic table was overgrown. Along with the house we also enjoyed the hot tub and river on the property. The view of the mountains was spectacular.

Annual Family Girls Trip

We stayed at this property a few years ago and loved the charm of the cabin, great atmosphere and sound of the river. All those things are still a part of the experience of staying here. Our only negative comment is that the property is in need of some maintenance and updating. We still would return here; it’s a great cabin!

The location is great. Approximately 1 mile from the Estes Park town and the l strip. 3 miles RMNP entrance. The river is beautiful. We had 3 elks visit us by the river on two different evenings. The cabin is nice and spacious. We did kill several non-poisonous spiders that week and there were light bulbs that didnt work as stated by a review three weeks before our stay that still hadn't been replaced. I was a little envious of our neighbors across the river. They had easy access to the river. This cabin doesn't have good access to the river unless you want to walk thru 2 feet tall weeds to get there. There is a picnic table by the river but again, weeds are grown up as tall at the picnic table.The deck is large and beautiful and overlooks the river which was nice and very peaceful. The hot tub was great.

Worked well for our family of 7

Nice property, big enough for everyone to have a bed. Fixtures a bit dated, but it does have a nice hot tub. Must have a small water heater, because only half of us could take a warm shower after rafting or using the hot tub.
