Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry about the elevator outage. It was a safety issue that required it to remain out of service, and we understand how challenging that was, especially with luggage and asthma. We do wish you had let us know you were struggling, as we had team members on standby to assist with luggage and would have been happy to help. To clarify, no compensation was requested during your stay. Great Western Lodging also does not have an on-site office at Sawmill; our office is located separately, and our staff was available there daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We apologize for any confusion about our location. We also apologize for the missed trash behind the nightstands. We appreciate your kind words about our team and hope to have another opportunity to provide you with a better experience!
