Very nice place to stay. Both bedrooms had King beds which was nice and the beds were solid and the mattresses were good too. The house was stocked with a decent amount of kitchen utensils and stuff too. The hot tub was a nice feature too.

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer, cozier stay than here. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Beds were super comfy, Full size hygiene items in each bathroom. Private hot tub was just what we needed after hiking in the national parks.Communication with the host was excellent. He answered questions quickly and was very helpful in every aspect.Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back again!

Everything was perfect. Had a small issue with the dryer but the property owner addressed it right away. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

This was a great townhouse in a great location! We very much enjoyed the two king beds each with their own bathroom. It was perfect for unwinding after a day of Jeeping!

Great access to National Parks!

This condo is just the right size for two couples and is in the best spot to see all the attractions of the Moab area. Everything we needed was there and the hot tub was such a great way to end the day.

This property is well taken care of, offers lots of room, nicely decorated & homeowner offers many nice perks. The hot tub was very nice to come back & relax in at the end of a busy day. The location was convenient to everything.

Private hot tub patio with a view of Moab Rim and snow-capped La Sal mountains. Decor is western with cool photography of famous local rock formations. This was a great base for our little family to explore Arches NP and the town. Would rent again. There is an open plot across the lane out back that is at risk of being developed - that could eventually see construction or block the incredible view - but for now it's a nice buffer zone. Was interesting to watch the 4X4ers who park in the neighborhood to load up their ATV trailers but we could have done without the exhaust fumes.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to messaging to answer any questions. Would stay here again!

Wonderful

We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend, it was wonderful. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with incredibly comfortable beds. The hot tub was so fun for the kids. It was a great place!

Great place to stay for visiting arches and canyonlands

The place is great! Very large, spacious, and comfortable beds. The hosts have thought of every little thing you might need from home and provided it there. If I ever go back to Moab, UT I will be sure to stay there.

Great Stay!

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this rental. The place was clean and had plenty of amenities and supplies. A perfect location just 10 minutes outside of Moab. Peter was a fantastic host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
