Situated along the pristine North Topsail Beach, Topsail Pearl #132, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, offers mesmerizing shore and sound views and delights with intimate spaces for coming together with family and friends. This airy home with direct private beach access has been completely renovated in 2023 and comfortably sleeps 9 guests. Overlook the quiet beach from any of the three ocean side decks, or watch the boats pass through the Intercoastal Waterway from one of two sound facing decks. This dog-friendly property allows two dogs max for an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

Enter through the first floor where you will be greeted with muted coastal tones to soothe and relax. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The oceanside room offers a king sized bed, XL twin rollaway bed, a wall mounted Roku TV, and private deck access on the beach. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds which sleeps four. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this level for use during your stay.

Proceed upstairs where coastal comfort can be found in the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Spacious and updated, the kitchen has light granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for your entire family. Guests will enjoy watching birds and boats pass by in the sound from the deck directly off the kitchen. With barstool seating for two and an additional seven at the dining table, there is plenty of room for everyone to come together to enjoy meal time together. Relax in the living room where a reclining couch and TV await for a fun family movie night. As the day winds down, step out on the ocean side deck where you can enjoy a cocktail and relax after a full day experiencing all that the island has to offer. For convenience, this floor also features a half bathroom.

Awaiting you on the third floor is the primary suite offering a king sized bed, wall-mounted Roku TV and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean off the deck of this secluded bedroom.

Direct beach access is only steps away from Topsail Pearl #132. Guests can enjoy fishing from the private community dock and gazebo located right across the street on the sound. After a day spent in the surf and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower (offering both hot and cold water) on the ground level of the home. An additional community outdoor shower and hose is available at the beach access point.

Parking is available directly off the front door steps for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Remote work is made easy with the provided high speed internet (500mbps). There are flat screen TVs in two of the bedrooms as well as the living room. Guests may login to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs. Indoor smoking and grilling is prohibited.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Towels are provided with your stay. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided before every stay, leaving no question that you will find the property pristine upon arrival.
