Beacher's Oceanfront Patio Suite with onsite front desk and staff

This 1st Floor Patio Suite is a beach side bargain. The horizon view of the ocean can be seen at the top of the sand dunes. Mirrored walls in the living room give a spacious feel while you are watching the large flat screen TV from the queen sleeper sofa. As of May 2021, the kitchenette was remodeled and only a few of the pictures reflect the updated kitchen and new laminate flooring throughout. The kitchenette has the two burner flat top built into the counter, over the range microwave and a new refrigerator. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet and older tub. The private bedroom with the queen bed has plenty of drawer space should you decide to stay a while. Ceiling fans in the bedroom can keep the breeze cool, while the decorations keep things tropical. This condo is a great find if your looking for an affordable way to stay at the beach. NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Rooms were nice and well furnished. Housekeeping took great care of us. Staff was helpful when we had an issue and got us situated.

Great Stay

We stayed here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The property was cute, clean and looked just like the photos. There was lots of stuff provided too (dish soap, paper towels, etc). Great place to stay right on the beach, and within walking distance to a few places. Not too far from downtown either (20 min drive). Only a couple of notes: The bedroom door did not close all the way/ wouldn't stay closed. It is also listed to sleep 4, but I would definitely say it better sleeps 2 because of the glass top table next to the pullout couch. Overall, a great experience!

Ok for what we needed

Perfect for a weekend visit.Seems to have too much furniture making it a little difficult to move around. There seems to be an area in the floor outside of the bathroom that could use some repairs. The shower was a little awkard to operate. I was worried about being so close to the elevator but it wasn't a problem

The only draw back was that the air conditioner was a little loose so it was quite loud when it turned on and off. It was also difficult to open and close the sliding doors. Need some work there. We loved the location, the beach and the pool. All the staff we interacted with was nice and professional. Overall a great place to stay!

Reviewer Comments: The property was ok ,but it said it sleeps 4 but the sleeper couch was in terrible condition old and very uncomfortable missing springs and sinking, the other to guest had to lieve early because of it. The cooking pots terrible also.

Vacation

Unit was smaller than it appeared online, but it was comfortable and adequate for our needs. At times there was no hot water in the shower. The air conditioner in the bedroom needs attention. The living room tv had very few channels. The furniture was oversized for the space making it seem crowded. We chose this property mainly because it was close to our family who live nearby so in that way it was good for our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stay at Beachers Lodge and this time wasn’t any different. However, there were a couple of things I would modify about our room. I am a HUGE coffee person and the coffee maker in this room is just not adequate. I don’t mind how small it is because the size was perfect for one person but I usually bring my own coffee and filters (I’m picky) and it would not make using regular filters. The second thing is the lights in the bathroom. They are no where near bright enough. Even my 14 yr old daughter said they made her eyes hurt. Aside from these two upgrades the room was perfect and even loved being on a lower level. Not as far to lug stuff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location and have stayed in several of the condos at beacher’s lodge. I wasn’t a fan of this one. The lower level wasn’t for us. It needs upgrades, the shower seemed dirty, and we didn’t want to sit outside because of the ppl walking animals by. Love the facility, but wouldn’t recommend this unit.

We needed a quick place to stay for 2 nights and everywhere was booked. So we got a room here. Never again! This place is old and GROSS! We checked in, walked into our room and then left because we were so grossed out. The room “looked clean”, but felt dirty and smelled even worse. The air was the worst. It was thick and smelled moldy and musty and there was thick dust all over the decor inside, especially the fake plants placed on top of the ac unit. The bedroom is literally barely 10 feet away from the main elevator that everyone uses. So it was extremely loud. There’s no way you’d ever get rest or sleep in there between the noise or the lights. The bed is absolutely rock hard and the “air” in the bedroom smelled the worst. I didn’t even want to breathe in there honestly. It was bad enough that it set off my Mom and daughter’s allergies. You couldn’t turn the light on in the bathroom without the fan being on and it was so insanely loud that we would rather have the light off than listen to the noise it made. The shower just looked dingy and dirty. The couch in the living room was hard and had an icky feel to it. There was standing water in the halls and getting to the rooms, due to the rains we’d had, but I definitely didn’t want to carry my luggage through water filled hallways. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here. I hate that I lost my money on a room I never even stayed in. Ew… Just ew.

We love Beachers Lodge!

Now every time we visit family in St. Augustine we always go stay ocean front at beachers lodge for a few days. While it isn’t your most luxurious place, it is clean, comfortable, and convenient. This month we took our 2 year old twins and stayed for the first time... as loud as they are, no one even complained. There are many food places nearby and delivery. The beach down this far isn’t as crowded. Beachers Lodge always has a good price and is always worth it. The only thing that would have made our stay a little easier was if the boardwalk had a ramp on the beach end. Stairs are fine normally, but after loading up a wagon with twin toddlers, toys, towels, and carrying chairs and coolers, that was a bummer. I definitely recommend Beachers Lodge to everyone!!

"Seaside Serenity: An Ideal Stay at Crescent Beach Condo

The place was impeccably clean and exuded a charming, beachy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The sparkling ocean and sandy beach were right around the corner. The condo had all the amenities I needed, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, and a restful bedroom. The location was perfect, allowing for easy beach walks and proximity to local restaurants and attractions. The property management team was attentive and responsive, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this condo for a fantastic beachfront getaway.
