Cute place. Pics should be updated to reflect current property, which is still cute but not what’s there. Communication with the host was great. He was very responsive and kind. Great location and had all the amenities that we needed - which was so appreciated. Loved coffee on the back porch in the morningthe most. Was perfect for our family. Will definitely be back to St Pete’s and love knowing we have this place as an option!

Wonderful stay in quiet neighborhood

This home was a short drive to the beach, downtown, shopping, golf, & restaurants. We walked or rode bicycles around the quiet area every day with our dog, morning and evening.

Quiet and relaxing, great location

We were in the area for a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatic complex, and this was a great peaceful place to relax between sessions. A short drive away, a great spot to eat outdoors along the canal, and a very responsive host. A few pictures do not quite match the current property (maybe changed after hurricane damage?), such as there is no tv in the screened porch now, but nothing that really impacted our comfort. The beds were very comfortable.

This property needs some TLC. The photos online look to be pre-hurricane and the outdoor area does not look as shown nor did the porch (there is no TV or dining table on the porch and the deck is not as shown…no tree, or string lights or fire pit, different furniture). The listing really needs to be updated. Currently there is a disclaimer and says photos are from prior listing but they are misleading. The area is very nice but for the daily price this house should have had more basic amenities ( there were no kitchen sponges, dish towels, blow dryer). We will be more careful to check the listings in the future.

Very clean with exception of a couple of cucarachas intruding. And it appeared that things were a little rushed in getting put back together after Helene hit in 2024.Otherwise the location is terrific. Our stay was excellent.

You get the best of both worlds, the tropical waterfront lifestyle yet around the corner from an ultra-modern city with everything that you would want. Imagine biking around our amazing city with endless waterfront parks from this beautiful home. There isn't even a traffic light between here and downtown!
