We do want to clarify that this condo consistently receives 5-star ratings, and we take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property for our guests. We also take concerns very seriously when they are brought to our attention during a stay. The issues you reported to us were addressed in a very timely manner, as we made every effort to respond promptly and resolve each concern while you were there. We certainly understand that the beachfront location was a major reason you selected the condo, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy that aspect of the property. At the same time, we recognize that the details matter, especially for a premium vacation rental, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We will review the concerns regarding the linens, towels, closets, dishwasher, and bathroom so we can continue to maintain the 5-star experience our guests have come to expect.
