Kelly has an amazing property on the beach at Mission Bay. We enjoyed the deck overlooking all the activities on the beach and bay including beach volleyball, water skiing. Overall the noise level of neighboring condos and beach goers was quiet at night. Sent Kelly a few suggestions including hot tub chemicals which she said she took immediate action. We look forward to staying again!

This was a return trip for our family to this property. It is spacious, clean, with a nice deck that faces the beach, ample parking and hot tub. This bay location is perfect for young children to enjoy the water and beach, without the uncertainty of the currents and waves. If you want the ocean experience, Moonlight Beach is only 25 min. north. Free parking and easy access. There is a nice playground near the condo. We highly recommend this property. The host has bikes and beach toys available, as well.

We stay in Mission Bay and or Mission Beach several times a year at different VRBO houses. This was without question the nicest place we’ve ever stayed on Mission Bay and the host, Kelly was extremely communicative and helpful. If you are looking for an amazing getaway right on the water this is your place look no further.

This rental was fantastic. Check in/out was easy. The location was great- on the bay and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean. It was very clean and well stocked. Very nice and spacious for a family vacation. Kelly was a great host . Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Had a wonderful 10 day vacation here! Absolutely the best location, views were incredible and walking distance to everything and anything you would need. Home was very clean and fully stocked! Kelly was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The view of the bay was lovely with the bonus of a hot tub on the deck. the kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals at home. And having three full bathrooms was a plus.

Our group of four "Golden Girls" had a fantastic stay at this San Diego bay-front home, which was perfectly sized, clean, and nicely furnished. The location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and easy walking access to several local restaurants. We especially appreciated the owner, who was very attentive and quick to respond to all our questions. While the space could use a few modern decor updates and would benefit greatly from the addition of bathroom grab bars for safety, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent! We enjoyed being close to the beaches and boardwalks. Being on the inner bay was quiet and yet fun. House was clean and well-supplied.

Perfect location for families!

Perfect location and the hot tub was perfect for cool evenings! Property manager was very responsive. We would love to come back.

Stay at the PB Beach house

Great place and would highly recommend. Great location, well stocked with everything you would need. Parking is a premium in this location so it’s nice to have reserved parking.

We had everything we needed in this beautiful condo! Plenty of space for all 7 of us! Beautiful deck and view as well! Kelly was very helpful and gave wonderful directions and instructions! Would rent again!

This home is amazing. Great view, perfect location, and clean. Easily accommodated 8 adults. The check in process was hassle free. Kelly was super accommodating and replied to all questions immediately. We will definitely be back.

Friends Weekend
