This was our first time visiting the San Diego area and this condo was a great place for our base of operation. It was immaculate, spacious, and very well stocked. The deck area over looks the bay where we spent our time planning the next day’s adventures. Close to everything Mission and Pacific beach, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, and Balboa Park. Kelly was spot on with communication, her responses were timely and helpful. If we ever pass this way again we will certainly stay here.

Our host, Kelly was amazing. She reached out to confirm our check in and allowed us to go 3 hours early as we had a commitment. She was responsive and followed up with us multiple times.The house was beautiful and in a great location right on the bay. The house was clean and comfortable and fit the 6 six people in our group with no issues. It was close to shops, food and the ocean. We had a great time and greatly appreciate Kelly and our her home. This a great rental if you are looking at San Diego with a family.

Kelly has an amazing property on the beach at Mission Bay. We enjoyed the deck overlooking all the activities on the beach and bay including beach volleyball, water skiing. Overall the noise level of neighboring condos and beach goers was quiet at night. Sent Kelly a few suggestions including hot tub chemicals which she said she took immediate action. We look forward to staying again!

This was a return trip for our family to this property. It is spacious, clean, with a nice deck that faces the beach, ample parking and hot tub. This bay location is perfect for young children to enjoy the water and beach, without the uncertainty of the currents and waves. If you want the ocean experience, Moonlight Beach is only 25 min. north. Free parking and easy access. There is a nice playground near the condo. We highly recommend this property. The host has bikes and beach toys available, as well.

We stay in Mission Bay and or Mission Beach several times a year at different VRBO houses. This was without question the nicest place we’ve ever stayed on Mission Bay and the host, Kelly was extremely communicative and helpful. If you are looking for an amazing getaway right on the water this is your place look no further.

This rental was fantastic. Check in/out was easy. The location was great- on the bay and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean. It was very clean and well stocked. Very nice and spacious for a family vacation. Kelly was a great host . Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

The property was great. There were six of us in our family group. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the host was wonderful. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on our deck and watching people jogging, biking, walking their dogs, sailing, rowing dragon boats, water skiing, etc. Ralphs Grocery store is within walking distance if you don't feel like driving and there is a Costco within a half hour depending on traffic. I would recommend downloading the Ralphs app if you don't have it so that you can take advantage of the store savings. They do have a parking lot under the store so you don't have to worry about street parking. Having access to beach towels and bicycles was an added bonus to staying here. If you have a large SUV like we did parking might be a challenge but we managed to make it work. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the fireplace during our stay. I would recommend this place if you are planning a trip to San Diego.

Had a wonderful 10 day vacation here! Absolutely the best location, views were incredible and walking distance to everything and anything you would need. Home was very clean and fully stocked! Kelly was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The view of the bay was lovely with the bonus of a hot tub on the deck. the kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals at home. And having three full bathrooms was a plus.

The location is excellent! We enjoyed being close to the beaches and boardwalks. Being on the inner bay was quiet and yet fun. House was clean and well-supplied.

Our group of four "Golden Girls" had a fantastic stay at this San Diego bay-front home, which was perfectly sized, clean, and nicely furnished. The location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and easy walking access to several local restaurants. We especially appreciated the owner, who was very attentive and quick to respond to all our questions. While the space could use a few modern decor updates and would benefit greatly from the addition of bathroom grab bars for safety, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Stay at the PB Beach house

Great place and would highly recommend. Great location, well stocked with everything you would need. Parking is a premium in this location so it’s nice to have reserved parking.

We had everything we needed in this beautiful condo! Plenty of space for all 7 of us! Beautiful deck and view as well! Kelly was very helpful and gave wonderful directions and instructions! Would rent again!
