The host was communicative and welcoming. The view in the backyard was amazing. The location was excellent. However, the home, although ice cold AC, retained a lot of moisture inside making us feel like the bedding and linens were damp and our clothes seemed damp to the touch. The living room furniture was stained and dirty, or taped from tears, and uncomfortable. The flooring was taped throughout the home. It was decent for a place to sleep and cook a couple of meals. Although, fair price and couldn’t beat the centralized location.

Great place to stay! The house was clean and the area was quiet. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect for Parris Island Graduation! You can randomly hear things happening on base very early morning and around 8 pm. With binoculars you can view parts of the base. Not a lot of it but hey when you haven’t seen your son in 13 weeks a little view is amazing! Quiet area. The beds were so comfy! Kitchen was big enough to prepare food for family day. It’s right on the water so bring bug spray and there are tons of flies outside. A fan may help out if you want to eat outside. There is some type of nut tree over the driveway so be careful with cars parked under it. There’s a dehumidifier make sure to empty it twice a day. Living area was small but for price and location it’s manageable. Kitchen has a small table- 2 chairs and 2 stools at bar . I do usually prefer a large table for family dinners but again the location and views made this place the right spot for our trip. There was a guy walking his dog in the yard. Maybe it’s just me but that makes me uncomfortable especially since it’s isolated and I am a single lady. Owners were very sweet!

Great place to stay!!

A wonderful place to stay for a quiet vacation but we found so much to do. Loved hunting beach!! And downtown Beaufort is amazing! It’s like walking around in Charleston!!

Our stay was wonderful. Everything in the house was as described, and the property was clean and inviting. The view from the back porch was amazing! We really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful View

The location was wonderful and very relaxing. It was such a pleasure watching the tide change and all the bird activity was entertaining. The rental was comfortable for our stay, very quiet. We’re we to visit Port Royal again, this is where we would stay.

Perfect for Graduation

The house was great, great location, we were down for my son's graduation from the Marine Corp, and it was minutes from the base. The little town was awesome, and very friendly.

Convenient to everything and a great view

Overall we had a nice trip. The place is a short drive to lots of fun places to visit. You can ride bikes to Cyprus Wetlands, Sands Beach and to the downtown town area of Port Royal.

Nice location

Instructions were simple and clear for checking in and out. Beautiful view sitting on porch, able to see some of Parris Island.

Great stay!

Very clean and cozy! The property manager was wonderful! She was very nice and accomedating! Home is convient to Paris Island Marine base, only minutes away! Highly recommend!

Get away

We stayed here to attend my grandson’s graduation at Parris Island. This place is a gem. The unit is clean/spacious, the host is responsive and location is beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is wonderful. The house had everything we anticipated and needed. If planning on events at the marine base, its very easy and quick trip.

Loved this place it was

We were all pleased the home had all the essentials you would need. we had our Dogs and the fence for the dogs was a Great plus. loved our Hostess we will certainly go back can't wait

Great pet friendly stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean. The view off the back patio was beautiful. Our pup loved the fenced in dog run and sitting inside looking out the patio doors enjoying the sights. The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. We especially loved how close we were to Sands Beach!

Great location for a fun family filled weekend!

We loved susans house it was so quiet and peaceful and had a great little fenced in uard for our puppies. We 3 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs we had plenty of space! We were able to unwind after long days on the back take and take in the beautiful sunsets over the marsh view!

Hidden getaway

We arrived at the rental, the house was very clean, beautiful view of the river! Everything we did was just a short drive. This house is really close to sands in port royal as well. I would love to stay here again!
