🔔 Please Note: A neighboring property is currently being demolished and rebuilt. Some weekday daytime construction noise may occur, including sounds from equipment or crews. Thank you for your understanding. Location! Location! Location! "Central Charm" is located in the Boardwalk area of OCNJ and is a few short blocks to the boardwalk and beach.

Built in 1933, "Central Charm" incorporates charm and craftmanship with updated amenities that will make your shore stay one of a kind. Our 1st floor home has a spacious layout which is large enough to accommodate 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The updated kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessities for a home cooked meal, along with a dining area large enough to accommodate a group dinner or game night.

You will love relaxing on our huge front porch, with rockers, a swing and the sea breeze inviting you and a cold drink (we have an outdoor mini fridge!). Our porch is gated and best of all is that you can hear the ocean at night when the wind is right 🌊.

Park your car in our off-street parking spot and enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer by biking or walking. Our property is also close to the famous shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. While a coffee maker is provided, Starbucks is right around the corner along with Bungalow Bowls, Sunrise Cafe and many other great spots. We have 2 adult beach cruiser bikes you’re welcome to use to get around town. We provide linens, games, 8 beach tags, 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and an umbrella, so check in and head right to the beach!

My friends and I were in town for a short visit to see another friend. The house was perfect. All of the rooms were very nice. Everything was very clean and neat. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I would not hesitate to stay there over and over again.

Super location, gorgeous house

Emily (our host) was excellent in communicating before we got there and then followed up once we arrived. She provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house is in a great location...very close to boardwalk, the beach, restaurants. It is very well stocked and comfortable and has an awesome front porch swing.Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

A HAPPY FAMILY SPOT

First, Emily is so conscientious. The space is comfortable and beautifully appointed. I was surprised by the thoughtful touches and convenience items; things not found elsewhere. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained even late into the season. It's a great location for everything you might want to do. We all loved this place; you will too.

Terrific Family Home for Beach Week

We had a great time staying at Emily & Mike's rental. It was very clean when we arrived, and appeared just as the pictures presented it. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities and plenty of other great amenities, including a clean outdoor shower, spacious beach equipment shed, clothes drying line, private front and back porch, parking space, and comfortable bedrooms with hangers and drawers for non-beach clothes. Perfect for making everything easy and convenient!

Great house, great location

We had a great week in Ocean City. The house is very clean and neat and well laid out. The owners were extremely nice and helpful and provided all the information they could to make our stay perfect for us. All bath towels and linens were included which was great so that we didn’t have to worry about it. there were some board games, everything you need to cook was there in the kitchen, the furniture in the beds were really comfortable, etc. In terms of location, it was really great for our family. The boardwalk and beach are an easy walk, and there are plenty of places to get coffee and food and shop a very short walk away. We would definitely recommend this home.
