Fully stock kitchen with coffee maker, pots and pans, full size stove/oven, microwave, toaster, cabinet and shelf space for groceries and supplies.

Complimentary Golf Cart, Gas grill available, Enclosed Outside Shower, Washer and Dryer in Shed.

*Signed and sent back house usage agreement required.

*Parking spaces for 2 vehicles ONLY - Ocean Lakes charges $12 per day, per vehicle parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground. If there are more than two vehicles, overflow parking would have to be utilized. If less than 12 days in advance $15 per day, per vehicle.

*This is a non-smoking house - NO EXCEPTIONS
