We are located 4 miles south of charming Kailua-Kona Village and directly across from Kona's spectacular Magic Sands Beach. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views and dreamy sunsets from our large covered lanai. Our home is almost oceanfront, located one unit from the front of the southern Keauhou building! Walk just 70 steps to one of Kona's best sandy beaches or travel one mile south to the famous Kahalu'u Beach Park where you can enjoy extraordinary snorkeling. Our tropically decorated and comfortable home away from home is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have newly updated and our home has all the comforts for your vacation stay including, new linens, furniture and full sized appliances. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the sound of the ocean can be heard throughout our home. We have just upgraded our sleeper sofa to the COZY MATTRESS system with a real bed mattress for a very comfortable nights rest!

White Sands Village offers many resort style amenities including pool, spa, sauna and free tennis courts.


What you can expect: Fresh linens and towels, new furniture, a well appointed kitchen and beach equipment for you to enjoy. Your Hawaiian vacation rental is tropically decorated and perfect for families with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size Cozy Mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full baths, central air, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, Free WIFI, and a washer and dryer all add to the comfort and convenience of this ideal condo. Relax in your home away from home with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. You will enjoy views of turquoise blue water from both bedrooms and large lanai. Our home includes many upgrades including, granite counter tops, hickory cabinets, new full size appliances, a walk in shower and newly tiled floors.

Resort Amenities: Take advantage of the many resort style amenities that White Sands Village has to offer such as pool, spa, sauna, free tennis courts, pool table, and well manicured tropical grounds. Enjoy meals on your lanai or head down to the covered BBQ area where you can grill your meal on one of three gas grills. Our large lanai is the perfect place for meals with amazing sunset views!

Nearby : Directly across from Magic Sands Beach. Minutes away from great snorkeling at Kahalu'u Bay! Protected, clear bay and lots of Sea Turtles. KTA grocery store, Long's drug store, L&L Hawaiian BBQ. Kona's best golfing!

*We love having children stay with us but please be aware when booking that due to our complex rules, children who are not toilet trained will not be allowed in the swimming pool. We are sorry for this strict rule. The complex does supply a kiddie pool for use in the pool area. Mahalo.*

Everything else was excellent. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked, and the bed was honestly the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a rental property. You can tell this is a well-loved and well-cared-for property.

We had a great stay at White Sands Village. This condo has a wonderful view of the ocean. We were able to watch the sunset every night from our lanai if we chose to. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked just about all of our meals during our month-long stay. Both bedrooms were well ventilated and the beds were comfortable. One of the best aspects of this property was being able to listen to the ocean at night while sleeping. White Sands Village is convenient for access to Magic Sands Beach and the rest of Kona. The owner was great with communication. We will definitely try to rent this property again next time we stay on the big island.

We had a fabulous week at Kira’s rental in White Sands Village! The condo was exactly as advertised and provided the perfect home base for our Hawaii vacation.Check-in was a breeze, and the condo was easy to find. It was conveniently located near beautiful beaches, restaurants, and the downtown Kona area. The rental was also incredibly well-equipped with everything we could have needed for a beach day, including beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and more. Another great perk was the reserved parking spot for renters, which meant parking was never a challenge—even when we returned late at night.Kira was wonderful to work with and responded immediately whenever we reached out. When we needed anything replenished, her island contact promptly took care of it for us.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend Kira’s rental to anyone visiting the Big Island.

We loved our stay at this clean & beautiful island inspired condo, just across from Magic Sands where we enjoyed epic sunsets! Kira was a wonderful host, we found all the extras available in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as beach & snorkel gear! The pool & hot tub were a great place to relax. Hope we can return soon!

This a great place to stay, we stayed at a few places while in Hawaii and this was my favorite even though it was our most budget friendly. Great location to Magic Sands Beach and appreciated the amenities the property offered. If you have kiddos, you do need to drive to find a beach that has sand/kid friendly. Would highly recommend!

This is a lovely place equipped with everything you need for the beach - great beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. The condo is also well equipped and is immaculately clean. The location is great with wonderful restaurants and snorkeling nearby. Kira is a wonderful owner to work with. I look forward to coming back.

Great stay

Very clean condo. We loved the location and watching and listening to the ocean from the unit. The complex is very well kept, pool and grill areas are excellent. Highly recommend!

The host was very prompt to get back to me when i had some questions. we had possible date changes, the days were open, so they held them for me till i found out the final schedule. The condo itself is in a perfect location. from the balcony you can see the ocean and sunset and sleep to the rhythm of the waves.

Such an enjoyable stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time we were very impressed with the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We love this location… the view of Magic Sands Beach, and easy access to many restaurants, shops, etc. in the area.

Lodging was fantastic! Great view of Magic Sands beach from the large balcony. Just walk across the street for beautiful sunsets and dining at Magic grill. Extremely well equipped spacious 2 bed 2 bath unit. Location was perfect- short distance to downtown Kona area with shops and dining plus less than 2 miles to amazing snorkeling The host was great too very communicative and seemed personable Highly recommend… but with one small caveat there is an elevator but you still need to take a half flight of stairs since the building is angled, thus this would not be suitable for those who can’t do any stairs

This is the most adorable spot. Super clean, and right across the street from the best beach in Kona. Check in was easy, and proximity to downtown stuff couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay again.

We have been frequent visitors to the Big Island for the last 20+ years. We live in Washington state and love to be able to escape to the warmth of Kona whenever we can. We have three children who share our love of the Islands. Kona holds a very special place in our hearts. We were married at the Keauhou Resort in 2001. We hope to retire in this amazing location and continue to enjoy it with our children and grandchildren for years to come.

In 2010, we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase our dream vacation home at White Sands Village. We have always loved this location and it was always our first choice when looking into reservations. When we first walked into our unit we knew we had found our perfect home. Our children were so excited they were going to return again and again to their favorite beach, Magic Sands. There have been many trips to White Sands Village when we have spent most of our time right here at Magic Sands!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are so many wonderful benefits to enjoy while staying in our home. From the sound of the waves to the amazing view. Our home is very comfortable and so convenient. We enjoy meals out on the lanai and spend hours out there reading or chatting or just enjoying the tropical breeze coming off the ocean. The 'commute' to the ocean is the best part...less than a minute and you're there! It's simply perfection!
