E komo mai (Welcome)!!!🤙 Kona Isle is known for the beautiful grounds and Lava rock Beach front property. It is managed extremely well and the best part is along the Ocean, with BBQ's, Picnic tables, Lounge chairs, Chairs, Saltwater pool and the Ocean splashing right in front of you! The Sunsets are absolutely beautiful and hearing the waves adds to the serenity and experience. Make new friends while relaxing and BBQing.

It is in a great location and is only a 20-30 minute walk to town and usually a 3-6 minute drive. Kailua-Kona has many Restaurants, Shops, Fishing, Boating, Snorkeling, Biking and Ocean Activities to ENJOY, or just relax and veg..

It's a vacation that will be memorable! Be prepared for fun. The Host is very responsive and expects everyone to enjoy Paradise. All questions are welcome.

The condo was very clean and well- equipped. The property was landscaped beautifully, and pictures were accurate. The location was convenient. Our host answered any questions promptly and efficiently. We would definitely stay at this property again or recommend to others .

We absolutely loved our stay in this property. The location is perfect. We had beautiful sunsets to watch. We met kindly people, the pool was great as well but we really enjoy having the possibility to eat and cook next to the ocean. The beach gear was useful, even if a few items are broken (such as the umbrella and some masks), but we easily manage with what we had. The lunchboxes were also useful.Otherwise, even if it was hot in the room and not sound proof, we would highly recommand this place to anyone. The location, the amenuities, the tranquility, the sunsets, those have been great!

Location of this property is awesome. Being able to walk to the pool and the barbecue area, and just sit and watch the ocean was cherry on top. Close to downtown. Having a car is highly recommended. We enjoyed having breakfast in the backyard, with the view of the ocean.

Kona isle paradise

Kona isle is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Love the pool. Was able to have friends and family over for an Oceanside BBQ. Wonderful location.

Loved our little stay!

Great Condo and location

My husband, me and our 15 month old infant had a great time staying here. It's only few minutes away from lots of attractions that Kona can offer. We loved our morning time hanging out on the rocky beach of the property and taking our toddler to the tide pools only steps away from where we stayed. I hope we get to visit Kona again, we now know where to stay!

The kitchen needed more than 2 small towels so we just went to Goodwill and bought a couple, no big deal. The stack washer and dryer has seen its better days. The handle on the dryer was broke off when we arrived but we worked with it. The washer does not want to stop when it is in the spin mode. The bed needs to be replaced for sure, other wise it was very nice. Jeff

Wow! When I contacted Jeff, he made no mention of anything. I check during all guests stays and can't help, if nothing is mentioned. I was informed the a guest broke the dryer handle and it's 6 weeks for a new one to arrive. The bed was bought last November and no other complaints! I guess some people always find something to complain about! Posting after the fact, doesn't help any situation, but letting me know during the stay always will.

The apartment, grounds, piool, and location were great. Had all the necessities and beach toys. Coffee by the ocean every morning.

It sounds like the condo and complex were enjoyed. The condo was redone in 2023 and everything was new, except the older Hawaiian bedroom furniture. That was not replaced, because it is very durable and has the older Hawaiian look, which many appreciate. Mahalo!

Kona Getaway

This is a very clean, well stocked condo, perfect for a couple. It's well located close to Kona and right on the coast with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The neighbor was also very kind.
