Waterfront Home - Luxury Relaxation - Heart of Safety Harbor

Your perfect destination for a quick getaway, long holiday retreat, or winter snowbird season. Located in the heart of Safety Harbor, and just 20 minutes away from both Clearwater beach and Downtown Tampa. Only 20 minutes from Tampa airport. You will feel right at home the moment you walk into the house with beautifully designed contemporary, comfy and coastal decor. Main Street Safety Harbor is just two blocks away, so walk or ride bikes to many restaurants, breweries and shops, and watch sunsets each night at the marina on Gulf of Mexico water.

THE SPACE:
This is a spacious house with a home feeling, open space kitchen, cozy living room, 3 bedrooms, closed in patio, and great backyard right on the lake. Includes an efficiency kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven and four-burner stove top. Coffee maker tea kettle, blender, and all the dishes you will need for your stay are here as well. Dining room with table overlooking the lake, and glass sliding doors to the large patio with outdoor seating.
Primary bedroom features a king size bed with comfortable mattress, nice cotton sheets, soft bedspread, big closet with hangers for your use, and smart TV. Primary bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and fresh oversized fluffy towels.
Both guest bedrooms offers queen size bed with soft mattress, cotton sheets and nice bedspread, good sized closets with hangers for your use, and smart TVs. Guest bathroom with a bathtub shower with glass door and fresh oversized fluffy towels.

BEACHES: Clearwater beach is a quick 20 minute drive away, but the area also offers St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Honeymoon Island, Fort de Soto Park, Dunedin Beach, and many more.

Awesome location and comfortable stay

This was at least our third stay in this lovely mid-century modern Florida home. The home has been lovingly maintained and beautifully updated. The location is convenient to the Tampa airport, Safety Harbor, shopping malls, as well as a short drive to beautiful, white-sand Clearwater Beach.Ari was Quick to respond with any questions, etc. A light switch stopped working while we were there and she quickly had her handyman out to replace it.The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathrooms are large and have wonderful counter space.The sunrise over Tampa Bay is spectacular, and sunsets behind Alligator Lake are lovely also.

Thanksgiving

Came into town to spend thanksgiving with close friends. Got to see other friends that we haven't seen in many years. House was conveniently located to most everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Safety Harbor Gem

Really enjoy the location of this property right on Bayshore Boulevard in Safety Harbor. The house was well kept and worked very well for all five of us. Walking distance to downtown Safety Harbor was an added, plus! Will definitely stay there again next time I am in town.

The house is as advertised…….breakfast on the patio, reading on the patio, and binging a series on the big screen at nite……beds were real nice and comfortable, huge shower in the master………..good labels in house. Good communication with Ari……patio is incredible!

Wonderful home in a beautiful part of Safety Harbor

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for 5 nights while in Safety Harbor. The perfect waterfront property, that had everything we needed including gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Housekeeping Staff had the home spotless when we arrived. The home is well maintained and communication was the best. We look forward to returning when visiting family in beautiful Safety Harbor.

Perfection!

Everything about this house is exactly as perfect, if not better, than the listing! The house is beautiful and perfectly met the needs of these 2 65+ couples. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with all we could have needed and more. Every room was ideal (even the mattresses were the best ever) but our absolute and most used area was the back porch! From morning coffee to evening cocktails……it was our favorite spot! The location of the house is ideal. We walked into the town at least once a day if not more - taking different routes through the beautiful neighborhoods as well as along the main road. We also found it incredibly convenient when going into Tampa, Clearwater and Westchase…..and for grocery shopping at Publix or Target. Life was a breeze for these two weeks! Ari is lovely - answering questions promptly and providing information and suggestions that were spot on! Check in and out were all very easy thanks to her! We all agreed that this was just the little bit of heaven we needed to break up the winter blues…….

Location, location, location!

What a wonderful home to stay in! Accommodations are plentiful and there is so much to do literally right outside the front door. My favorite was the back porch which was so relaxing. Walking distance to downtown Safety Harbor which is a wonderful little town with tons of charm-both kid friendly and nightlife friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!! Hostess is very responsive and truly caring about the satisfaction of your stay. Loved every second!

Lovely home

We spent a very comfortable week here over Xmas. House was well equipped with comfortable beds Great location overlooking the Bay with excellent walkways for children and adults alike. Very responsive host. We would return here again if circumstances permitted.

Aussenansicht des Hauses unspektakulär aber Innenausstattung hervorragend in Design und Funktion. Viel Platz für 6 Personen. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Terrasse mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, sodass man sich dort rund um die Uhr aufhalten kann mit Blick auf den Alligator Lake. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful home in a five star location!

This was our second stay in Judy Crown’s bayfront home. Judy is quick to respond to any questions. The home has everything we need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoy the screened in back porch on Alligator Lake. Of course, Tampa Bay is just across the street from the front door. It is an easy walk along the bay to safety Harbor for restaurants and shops. The house is well-maintained and beautifully cleaned. It would be the two bathrooms are large and nicely appointed, and the kitchen has everything you need help to prepare meals. His house definitely deserves a five star rating.

Premier place to stay

Wonderful Location

We absolutely loved this property and it was exactly as advertised if not better. The furniture in the living room was very new and comfortable. The entire house was decorated nicely, was very functional, and was very clean. We spent the week enjoying Safety Harbor which was only about a 10 minute walk from the house if that. We enjoyed the trails nearby and got to see some manatee down by the bridge between the lake and the bay. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio and watching all of the wildlife - which included turtles, pelicans, alligators, and a bird called an anhinga which we first thought were snakes swimming in the water. The beds were comfortable. TV and internet services worked perfectly. The kitchen was stocked nicely for us to prepare a few meals from home. Communication with the owner was timely and they answered all of our questions. We were truly amazed by the property and all it had to offer and if we are ever back in the Safety Harbor area again, we will certainly look to this property as our first choice. One of the most favorite properties we have ever rented and the owners do a great job at helping you with all the information about the house and the area. Can't say enough nice things about the home. Thank you!!!

Great location

This property was in a great location. There was everything you would need to feel at home in the kitchen, living and sleeping spaces. The home is modern, has beautiful views and a well maintained front and back garden. Close to town with lots of bars, restaurants and a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found areas that required more detailed cleaning. Examples include; the back porch table, which had a moldy tablecloth on and a dirty floor. The master bedroom had dirty bed covers and sheets. They were stained, smelt of sweat and contained body hairs on them. Luckily there were spare bedsheets and we changed the bed and washed the dirty blanket and sheets the next morning using the washer and dryer in the garage But this was inconvenient at 9.30pm when we spotted this. The beds were large and very very comfortable.
