The place was awesome. Very cozy and comfortable. It was so easy to run to the beach to check out the tides, crabs, shells, throughout the day and evening. Going down to the beach at night to see all the crabs was a favorite experience. Thank you.

The balcony off of the master bedroom was where we spent so much time! Beautiful view! Location was great, quiet, calm and relaxing. The house was very roomy, huge kitchen, lots of seating in the living room. Super place for a family reunion or just a couple. We really enjoyed the area, filled with history and locally owned businesses. Great sunrise location! Watched it from the top balcony every day. The screened in porch was such a nice place to hang out. Super place!

Lovely 3 weeks in the Dunsbury rental. Great kitchen, pet friendly, so close to the beach... Unique and cozy. We've stayed twice and had a great time each visit.

The property had the perfect layout for our stay- 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch and outside deck areas were great for relaxing and enjoying our time in the home. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing our meals. We did have 2 dying rats on the property which created concerns that we reported but did not receive a call back. It could have been due to making the call before office hours but we would have expected a call to confirm the clean up.

Charming and relaxing

Very comfortable stay with direct beach access. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well provisioned and the location was perfect.

Great vacation

While a bit dated the property was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and will seriously consider staying at this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dunesbury. The check-in process was extremely smooth and efficient. The beds were very comfortable, and the house felt cozy. It was conveniently located with easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend

Great stay at Dunesbury

We had a great time at Dunesbury. The house was clean and right on the beach. The location was perfect and there were many hikes near by which were perfect for birders!

Great stay on the beach!

We loved the proximity to the beach. Great for our young children. The view from the top balcony of the ocean is fantastic. Loved hearing the waves crashing!

April in Corolla

We spent 3 weeks in the Dunesbury rental this April and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location - beach, stores, walking paths all close. Pup friendly, well supplied kitchen, great response time, and comfortable.

So comfortable and close to the beach

This property is rustic OBX and oh so charming. You are as close to the beach as possible and the home is so comfortable. The top floor balcony is particularly lovely. We will be back!

Family vacation.

We loved the old school vibe. The deck, upstairs balcony and screen porch were great outdoor spaces. Access to the beach was close and easy and having Harris Teeter close by was a bonus. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths were just right for our family. We also enjoyed looking at books in the property about history of the Outer Banks.

Excellent location for a group

The house was in great condition with plenty of dishware and cooking implements. The location is amazing, right on the beach at an access point that seems more chill than other parts of the outer banks. We were always able to get a spot on the beach easily! The downstairs queen room is the coolest temperature-wise but the upstairs rooms were still fine, just a little warmer. The host was communicative and upfront about amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Corolla's best kept secret

Dunesbury was the perfect spot to experience Corolla for the first time. Gorgeous sunrises greeted us every morning as we relaxed on our beachfront porch. The retro decor was delightful and there was more than enough room for plenty of family and friends. We will be back!
