Just under 10 minutes away, Kailua Town offers convenient access to Whole Foods, Target, cafés, restaurants, shops, and more. The area is rich with outdoor activities including hiking, windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sunrise walks, and stargazing.
The home features air conditioning throughout, including all bedrooms—5 units in total—for your comfort.

Should you choose to occupy the Premises for additional nights within the 30 day term, full payment of the per diem rent and tax amount must be paid for any extra nights of occupancy and prior to such occupancy. Guest acknowledges and agrees that host solely reserves the right to alter the beginning and/or ending dates for the 30 day rental term, provided that any such revised dates continue to include the Occupancy Period.
◆ Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs.
◆ This property is protected by exterior video surveillance. The three cameras with audio are located in the following areas:
