Beautiful home right in the center of St. Simon’s! Host were very responsive and we were even able to check in a little earlier than the scheduled arrive time. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful visit to St. Simons Island! It was very easy to communicate with our hosts, Mark and Sandra. They were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed, and their property was a great place to stay for a fun-filled week!

Awesome place to stay. Very clean, great location would stay again. The only thing was only one TV upstairs in master bedroom but could not get it to work.

Birthday get-away

My family celebrated my birthday and this place was perfect. It was spacious, offered 2 king beds which was great, and the living area let us all time together. The location was close to anything we wanted to do or places to eat. Loved staying here and it’s on our list to stay when we come back!

Amazing location and great owners

The property was beautiful and was in such a great location. The restaurants and shops weren’t very far away and neither was the beach! The owners were great with communication and are real genuine people. I highly recommended staying here!

Property was very clean and updated. Beds were sooo comfortable and Penny was great to work with. I loved all the notes telling us how things worked and what to do We had a great time on our 1st visit to ssi.

My husband and I enjoyed our 4-night getaway at this lovely townhome. The home was immaculately clean and well-stocked. It was nice that we didn't have to worry about bringing beach chairs and towels. We especially enjoyed the screen porch, comfortable bed, and the bicycles. Every place we wanted to go to was easily accessible from this location. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
