The home was very nice and a pleasure to stay in. It was also very well equipped.The only complaint is that the grill downstairs was in miserable shape and barely usable, other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Thank you for your feedback Karl. This property does not provide a grill as an advertised amentiy, so a previous guest must have brought one and left it. We have grill rental companies available for guests if they want to rent one for future refence. We hope to host you again!

Great family vacation

Fantastic location, perfect weather, very clean. Right on the beach! Worked wonderfully for our wide range of family members including a six year old, an 87 yo, and adults aged 18-49

Family vacation

Great location! The kitchen was well equipped—had everything we needed. Good thing we brought our own grill not sure the one provided was operational. Our group of 11 all enjoyed our stay. Will book again

We had a great stay! Check-in and check out were easy. The house is in great location and the beach is really nice. The beds were all comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything we needed. There were some minor cleaning issues when we arrived. We did also have an issue with the hot tub halfway through our stay but the property manager sent someone out very quickly and it was fixed on the same day. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house for a big family. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was great! The realtor was great to deal with and responded quickly.

Perfect Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate enough to stay here for Thanksgiving week. And listen to my family of four, my sister's family, my mom, and several cousins also attended. There was plenty of space for everyone in addition to toys and games for the kids, but the highlight was definitely the beautiful beach in our backyard. 10:10 recommend and will definitely like to come again

Great property, great location

Had a great week here with the family. House was perfect - amazing location, great layout. Lots of room, very well equipped kitchen, multiple decks with fantastic views. Beach area was large and uncrowded. Had an issue with the AC which was fixed within a couple if hours of our call. The place came with lots of beach chairs, which was a pleasant surprise. Only negative was that the cleaning could have been better. Would definitely recommend, and plan to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

The Landmark staff was very helpful when we checked in and had problems with the door code. Looking forward to our stay again. The pool was great never crowded and very clean also.

Beautiful house, perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and nicely decorated. The location is steps from the beach which is perfect when traveling with little kids. The elevator was great for my elderly parents. We especially appreciated the little extras such as the baby gate at the stairs since we had a new walking toddler with us. The only improvement we can think of is to include a 2nd pack of kitchen towels as the only set provided stayed wet after a few days.

La Mer October Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did a week on the beach in North Topsail. Great oceanfront property near the pier. Home was clean and matched the pictures. Elevator was a bit tempermental but was useful in bringing in luggage and groceries. The place had plenty of space for the 8 adults and two children and was very kid friendly. The gate on the stairs was a nice touch and a lot of toys. Great views and location is easy to get to the bridge over to Food Lion. Also hit up Ricks one night, Trailer Bar several nights, and ordered Topsail Steamers. I'd get this place again in the future.

House was clean and well supplied. We did not expect to have some items supplied for us so we added ours to the stuff there. Any interaction with Landmark was professionally handled. House is great-neighborhood amazing. Community pool clean. We will be back!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to wrap up to 2024 and an amazing start 2025. La Mer Topsail 118 had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and we had the best time. We loved the hot tub in the evenings, the deck in the mornings for coffee, and the convenience of just walking out the back door to go for a beach walk was perfect. We walked over to Splash By The Sea a couple times for lunch and dinner, and it was delicious. The sunrises off the back deck were breathtaking, and hunting for shark’s teeth near the pier was our favorite way to spend the day. There is a common wall, and the wooden decks of the neighboring units were sometimes a bit noisy. We could hear music from next door, and at times it got a little noisy, but never enough to ruin the peaceful vibe. We hope to stay here again soon!!!

It was right on the beach, so the views were beautiful and easy access to the beach. The house was so clean and had so many games and toys for kids. It also had very helpful baby items like a pack n play and highchair. There were tons of items for the beach, so it was a very easy place to settle into. The owner was also very communicative and took care of any concerns we had very quickly. We would definitely stay again!
