North Park close to restaurants and bars

Guest House constructed in fall of 2022. It's located in the hippest neighborhood in San Diego in North Park, walking distance to some of San Diego's best restaurants, bars and breweries. Plus it's just a 10-15 minute drive to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, the Airport, or Coronado Island.

This space has a modern California vibe. It is a guest house on the 2nd floor but is completely detached from the main house on the property, and has its own private gate, entrance and parking spot. The guest house is about 400 square feet, with a bedroom, living room, and full kitchen. The kitchen has a sink, dining area, fridge, microwave, toaster and blender.

The space is ideal for 2 or 3 people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a foldout couch with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Of note, there is no tv in the space but there is wifi.

The house has heat and AC, as well as ceiling fans and a porch with a sitting area to enjoy views of the neighborhood and the San Diego weather.
Other things to note
Note that your private access is through the alley. Being an host is still pretty new for our family, we have done about 6 months with AirBB and have added VRBO now. We welcome feedback about anything we can add that will improve the guesthouse.
