I have stayed at several properties and this one was the closest to the beach and had the best view!!Nice looking pool and the restaurant was perfect!The condo was clean and comfortable.

Great place inside and out. View of the ocean and from third floor balcony. Convenient and walkable to nearby restaurants and ocean.

The property was in a great location, close to a lot of shopping centers, restaurants and other activities. The condo was very neat, clean and well stocked with everything you needed throughout your stay. The view of the beach was amazing! The property has a beautiful and very large swimming pool. I cannot say enough good things about David & Lisa. They were very responsive, friendly and so easy to work with!! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Condo needs more detail cleaning. The a/c filter vent was full of dust The floor next to refrigerator and trash can needs cleaning. The rest needs some elbow dusting I have been cleaning my house for over 50 years and taking a little more effort does not take much more time Please don't take this as criticism on partbut on the cleaning crew. We really hope to be soon The view and everything else was really great. Thanks for having us

Decided to go to the beach last minute and ended up finding David’s place. It was perfect for the two of us. Close to the pool and beach, and a quick drive to some great restaurants. As a coffee aficionado, love that it had irregular coffee pot and a Keurig. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice vacation week! We were very pleased with our stay and the location of the room has a nice view of the pool and beach area. The unit was very clean and the perfect size. Communication with the host was A. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We truly enjoyed our visit at HHI. It was our first visit and.this condo was perfect! Kitchen had all we needed, rooms were clean, beach chairs and umbrellas and toys all available. Amazing view and close easy access to the beach and pool. The resort had options to eat and play also. Loved the location! David was a very responsive host as well. Thank you!

Unit had everything you need kitchen was well stocked, facilities of property are excellent and it’s close to restaurants, shopping and all kinds of outdoor activities! Pool and beach are fantastic! David was great to work with we will be going back!

We loved the condo. It’s located really close access to the pool & beach. This condo had painted cute beach murals in the kitchen & bathroom. Plus hand painted cupboard & lamp also with beach scene. It made it cute with an added touch. If you’re a senior with difficulty navigating stairs, being on the 3rd floor can be a problem. Building has only 1 elevator and you need to pass through a long hallway, opening 3 heavy doors to reach the elevator. Then pass through the long hallway plus 3 doors & a few steps to reach the walkway to the pool/beach areas. I discussed this with the owner & they do have another condo in building C that’s not so difficult to navigate the stairs situation. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. I had questions which he promptly responded.

Had an absolutely wonderful trip to Hilton Head thanks to David and Lisa. The space is beautifully decorated (I was especially a fan of the paintings in the bathroom and kitchen), there was a full bookshelf which my wife loved, and even a set of DVDs and a DVD player (we watched My Cousin Vinny). David responded incredibly promptly to all my questions throughout the week and even went above and beyond when I asked about extending our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the island!

Beach paradise
