Great location. We really enjoyed being close to everything. It was very convenient to walk to all of the restaurants and St. George street without having to worry about parking.

The house was lovely. Danny was on hand when we contacted him. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms and the bathrooms were spotless. Overall we thought the house was excellent.Thank you DannyMichael & Eileen

Super Great location, clean, roomy, everything you would need in the kitchen. I especially liked that we had a private driveway and a nice big entrance that even had an umbrella!Awesome!

This property is truly a downtown gem! It was super clean, in a great location to great restaurants and shops, and a safe area. The hosts of this property absolutely thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Both the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything, and the furniture was comfortable. We also enjoyed the nice outdoor space and firepit area. The Downtown Gem was a perfect place to stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Great location! The pictures are correct. The house is well maintained and stocked. The host are extremely professional and communicate well. The prior reviews are correct. 5 stars were earned not given!

Great location for walking to downtown and other local attractions, short drive to the lighthouse. Very nice and comfortable house and yard. Hosts are great to deal with. Will definitely come back!

The property was ideally situated to touring the Ancient City. It was an easy walk to restaurants bars and of course old town and the sites

House was clean and in a great location to walk to where we wanted to go. Felt safe in this location. The outdoor seating building in the photos next to the garage was not there although we did not need to use. 9/10.

Perfect Location

This property exceeded expectations. Everything was as advertised, and the location was perfect for exploring everything historic St. Augustine has to offer. We will certainly look to book this again on any return trips.

We decided on this location cause it was in the historic district. We really enjoyed it! Very easy to get to, and only a pedal cab away
