Enjoy the best of both worlds in this newly listed Wells Beach home – beautiful views of the marsh and peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean! Located on a quiet dead-end street, 3 minute walk to beach, steps from the playground, arcade, shops, and restaurants. Our home is the perfect getaway for two small families, a family traveling with in-laws or couples looking for a getaway! Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably and has parking for 3 vehicles on the seashell-lined driveway.

The first floor is complete with a full bath, new stackable laundry, U-Shaped kitchen with seating, fireplace and living space. The back deck off the living room boasts unobstructed views of the marsh and includes a grill area. The second floor consists of two private bedrooms, one in the back and one in the front. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with a trundle bed pullout. The primary bathroom features a double vanity sink and plenty of storage. Head on up to the top floor for those amazing views both front and back! Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the amazing views of the sunset on the marsh. Another deck with ample seating facing the Atlantic. An additional half bath, living/sleeping area and kitchenette round out the home. There are TVs in each bedroom/living room and strong wi-fi.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels and every amenity you need; just bring your bathing suit and come enjoy! We love the convenience of this home and the quiet, dead-end street is so safe for children.

We have been renting in Wells for several years and are thrilled to now own a home and share with others! We purchased the home at the end of March and have been enhancing the home - it will be ready to rent in June and will look even better than the pictures! We loved our stay in this beautiful home that was well appointed and very comfortable. We were also excited for the easy access to Wells Beach.The Beach house is in an excellent location for access to many locations in South Maine. Restaurants nearby were also very good and recommended by the owner.

Awesome Wells Beach location

I’ve been vacationing in Wells for 20+ years and this is the best location I’ve discovered yet. Beautiful, spacious and modern property in an excellent location for beach and evening activities. The hosts are very responsive and make it super easy for you to enjoy an amazing vacation.

Perfect Beach Vacation House

This beach house was perfect! Beautiful and clean. Super close to beach, and provided all the amenities for house and beach so that you didn’t have to pack so much. Host was great and quick to reply to any questions.

Perfect beach house getaway!

The house was beautiful and is really well maintained with great views. Perfect location - walk to Wells Beach in under 5 minutes, park nearby for kids. Linda was incredibly responsive and a fantastic host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Location!

This house had everything you need for a beach trip to Wells!The house is clean, and have plenty of space. The location is perfect for both walking to the Arcade and other "boardwalk" areas, as well as heading to the beach via public way 2. The shed is full of beach stuff (cart, tents, boogie boards, and toys), and the grill worked well.We will definitely stay here again for Wells trips!

We loved this house, location- and the VRBO hosts!! It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items- beautifully located. Lin was always responsive- and deeply accessible. I hope to visit her home again soon!!

We really enjoyed our friend getaway. The house was perfect: very clean, beautifully decorated, natural light and all the accessories needed to make our couple nights away perfect. The communication was excellent, and the host was so gracious about check in and check out. Location was great, beautiful sunsets over the marsh and sunrise on the upstairs deck. Sweet 16 Getaway

This was a perfect house and location for my daughter and her friends to enjoy a Sweet 16 Getaway. The size of the house was perfect and the location was great. Our weather wasn't that great, but we were still able to enjoy the beach and the local shopping.

Charming

Very nice place updated nicely, close to the arcade, couple shops, and a couple food options. The beach is a short walk. Some beach toys, a caddy, and boogy boards were provided which was nice. If you don't need ocean front this is definitely the place to stay

Sister get away.

We totally enjoyed our sister time at this Wells beach house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The beach is a very short walk away with beautiful morning sunrises. The owners are very kind and were quick to answer any of our questions.

House on the marsh

The house is great! All new and in great shape. Having towels, bedding, and beach chairs makes packing for the trip so easy. Location is awesome. On a very quiet, quaint street. 3 minute walk to beach. Loved it!!!!!

Highly recommend this home.

The host was very nice and responsive. The property is beautiful and the home is in pristine condition. It is wired for smart TVs and technology throughout the house. It’s close to shopping and the ocean. We absolutely loved this place. We can’t wait to come back. We come to Maine every year for the last several years and we definitely recommend a stay here. And the Decour is very pretty and comforting.

This was our home for a week! Great location.. The house is warm and welcoming. It is well stocked with your essentials and extras. Beach chairs, toys, etc.. and even beach towels made our days at the beach. The beds are comfy and the pillows are the best. I loved sitting out on the upper balcony having coffee in the morning. Everyone had a great time and we made new family memories. The owner was easy to contact and answer any questions. We definitely will be coming back!
