Perfect stay for a couple, or single traveler. Private entrance and private front yard. Fully equipped, very comfortable, outside succulent garden with table and chairs on a quiet street. Laundry room. Centrally located! Our place is very close to the I-5 and I-52 entrances. 8 minutes to La Jolla, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 12 minutes to USD, 15 minutes to downtown (ZOO), 15 minutes to Torrey Pines state park. Also 12 minutes away from “Convoy Area” Asian district with many great restaurants.

We booked based on proximity to family. Santiago’s place is so comfortable and quiet! We were pleasantly surprised with the space as it seems bigger than the photos indicated. What a wonderful stay and I will be staying here again on future visits to San Diego.

What a great place for one or two people to stay. As an older single woman, the house and neighborhood felt safe which is important to me. I spent a week here this time. I'll prefer to stay here again next time I come to visit my grandkids.

This is a great setting. It was clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The owner reached out to be sure we had everything we needed right away. It is in a quiet neighborhood but main roads are easily accessible. We had a perfect one week stay.
