Nice cute home, centrally located, newly remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a big backyard, BBQ available, direct park access from the backyard, 5mins from down town San Diego, 10mins from Beaches, SeaWorld, Zoo.

Master bedroom with king size bed and private master bathroom with big italian shower. The other bedroom has one queen size bed and a separate guest bathroom with tub shower. Nice Living room with soda bed (full size) and a couch, with dinning area, big flat screen TV. Big kitchen area with kitchen island and all appliances micro, oven, fridge, blender, gas cooktop...
Very comfortable, quiet, household environment. Hardwood floor with comfortable family room.

TV, internet, AC, heater, washer and dryer, private parking on the drive way

The land has 2 detached studio with tenants in the backyard. Both are very discrete and reserved. No interaction with the house. Private and separate entrance and yard. Shared washer and dryer located in premises.

Both Melissa and her husband were very attentive. The property had a wonderful suburban feel even though it was very accessible to many attractions. We felt very much at home.

The house was very nice and fit our needs. Loved that it has a place to park onsite. Quick responses from the home owner before and during our stay. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. Would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to San Diego.

Great, centralized location and everything as promised. Melissa was incredibly communicative. House was clean and we appreciated the toy boxes as we had a toddler! Highly recommend, but best if you have a car!

Property is very well kept. Didn't need to communicate with the host about much, but when I did I very quickly got a reply. Very comfortable place to stay and well situated in SD to be accessible to numerous points of interest. Would recommend this VRBO!

Great stay, very close to various activities and fun dates all around, house was clean and very accommodating. Worth staying a couple of nights to enjoy everything the town has to offer. No issues with the amenities, everything works. Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. Thank you for letting us borrow your lovely home. Worth booking again :)

Centrally located and 10-20 minutes from where we wanted to go. Very clean and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we need. Quiet neighborhood. Communication was outstanding!! We will be coming again!

This house is amazing. It is perfectly located for anything you want to do in San Diego. We visited the zoo, numerous beaches and more and all were easily accessible from here. Most within 20 to 30 minutes with traffic

My husband and I bought this house January 2014: Our first home! We remodeled the all house with some modern and contemporary flavors. We lived inside for 3 years and planned to be here for a long time; then. I had my daughter. After 2 years, the house was starting to be too small for our growing family. We recently moved out to a 3 bedrooms house.
I've been living in the US for 10 years now, I am from France and my husband is original from Ecuador. We love traveling, discovering new places and meeting new people. Traveling with a family makes us realize VRBO was very convenient and very practical for families.

We bought this property because it was a perfect location for us. Very central, next to the freeway (the 8 and the 163 intersection), 10 mins from my work (in downtown) and 15 mins from the beaches (by my husband's work). Also, next to the Best Mall of San Diego, Fashion Valley with all shopping, theatre and restaurants.

We fall in love with this home because the direct access to Mission Heights Park. The house has a peaceful spirit and a playground for kids.
