This historic home has had a complete modern renovation and it's prime location is conveniently situated in Rapid City’s West Boulevard Historic District.

We intend for you to have a quality experience while staying in this newly renovated home. We have a modern, well-equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, board games and books.

In all directions you will find city parks and an abundance of hiking and biking trails. Check out the nearby Rapid City Trail that follows along the serene Rapid Creek for the width of the city.

A quiet neighborhood invites you to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea or coffee on the front porch. In the afternoons enjoy a relaxing time at the backyard patio, swinging in the hammock, enjoying an outdoor fire or bbq grill.

The Black Hills will not disappoint you with its many geological formations. A day trip can bring you to the famous Mount Rushmore, the scenic Needles formations, and Crazy Horse Monument, just to name a few. Just a few minutes drive away is Canyon Lake Park, or explore a little further with a drive to Pactola Reservoir, Sheridan Lake, which also are used for swimming, fishing, and boating.

Our stay was great and we appreciated the location, cleanliness, and communication from the host. There was plenty of space for our family to cook and relax after a day of exploring.

This was a perfect home base for us while we explored the surrounding areas. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the historic houses were so cute!

We absolutely loved this property! We chose Rapid City as it gave us great access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. This home was so lovely and adorable. Our family of 6 was very comfortable here. The home was close to downtown, we walked to dinner many times which was great. Manya was so nice and was very responsive when we had some questions. One last thing-this home was stocked insanely well with anything you could ever need! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Manya was a great communicator and very kind! She aloud us to get into the property early. The property was nice for our family and in a good location!

Super in SD

The lovely little house worked well for a 2 day retreat as we explored the area. The interior was spotless. The small set of welcime snacks was much welcomed. The books and brochures on the area that lined the bookshelves we great. I enjoyed a morning coffee in a South Dakota themed mug. Our son was impressed with the dinosaur picture on the wall in the owners suite and tried to claim it as his room. We explaines that he who sleepa in that room must do the laundry... so we won. It was a delightful stay.

We choose quality linens, have unscented detergents, additional cooking items, and make sure you have abundance of supplies during your stay. Also, we love our living plants!
