NorthFarm-180 acre vineyards and farmstead

Enjoy a European style chateau farmstead experience at this centrally-located, 180 acres of vineyards and apple orchards. The Scottish Highlander cows, the newly renovated, three floors provides a decadent stay in the heart of Leelanau County. The cellar suite has its own entrance along side the house, down by the solo stove and grill areas. The suite has its own kitchen, dining room, living area, pull out couch, washer and dryer along with a bunk bed room for two with a half bath, and a King size bedroom with a master bath.
The kitchens are incredible for cooking, open and fully situated with pots and pans and plates and silverware. The NorthFarm stay gets 5 stars and is a unique and special place to make memories!

A rental agreement is required and will be emailed after booking.

Leelanau farm house

This property was great for our larger group! It is removed from the city itself but that is part of the reason we chose this property. The drive into Traverse City was really easy. Would stay here again!

Bachelorette party

This venue was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. So much endless charm on the property and in the home. Great location only 10 or so minutes from downtown Suttons Bay. Would definitely recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying here for the weekend. It was a quick drive to Suttons Bay, but so nice to be a little bit away from town. The grounds are beautiful with all the grape vines & we enjoyed seeing the cows each morning. The home itself was perfect, every room had its own style to it and was extremely clean. We had so much fun! If I got the opportunity to come here again I would absolutely stay here.

Absolutely wonderful experience! 6 adults with 5 children (9 years old and under) with plenty of space inside the beautiful exquisitely remodeled farm house. Fantastic kitchen and large dining room table accommodating our large group. Great sleeping accommodations as we rented both upper and lower parts of the farm house (5 bedrooms plus pull out in the den). That allowed a quiet place during nap time and early bedtimes for the littles without disturbance. The friendly farm manager was a wealth of knowledge concerning the entire operation. We all found interacting with the livestock (pigs, cattle and chickens…a rooster was our alarm clock) a big hit! A soon to be opened wine tasting building is under construction along with a future event building (old barn). It is a bit isolated but we loved the star gazing sitting next to the nightly fires. One of the best places we have ever vacationed!

Weekend stay for Suttons Bay wedding

What an incredible property! We had a wonderful stay at the vineyard farmhouse. The remodel was beautiful, the home so charming, and the property an absolute delight to walk around. Communication was so easy and quick, they truly made our stay worthwhile. Would absolutely come back and highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this beautiful home! From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Communication with host was smooth and prompt. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Suttons Bay Weekend

We stayed for a long weekend with our kids and grandbaby. The house is beautiful and nicely appointed with high end finishes. It's situated on 190 acre vineyard and cattle farm with scenic views everywhere you look! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

We celebrated the 30th birthday of my daughter with a wine tour and stayed at the farm house.The house and the property were phenomenal!Mary was fabulous about communication. She described the house and property in great detail and with pride and excitement! She was very quick to respond to all of my questions and offered great suggestions for wineries and restaurants! The property manager on site was also very welcoming and helpful!We all had a spectacular time and the house and property were even more beautiful than I expected!We also LOVED the farm kitty Wilson!!I would definitely stay here again:)

Vineyard Bliss

We are so lucky to have found this wonderful vineyard farmhouse. Surrounded by nature and beautiful expansive vineyards was so special and super peaceful. The minute we walked in the house we were in total awe. The home is full of character, in amazing condition with open spaces, great decor and a high end kitchen. The separate apartment, with its own kitchen, in the rear of the house is perfect for some extra private space. In addition, the property management was awesome. Always quick to respond and make sure we had a wonderful experience. This charming rental was way beyond our expectations. I highly recommend it for any group visiting Leelanau County.

Clean, well appointed accommodations. Well renovated farm house with modern amenities, including very effective air conditioning. The grounds are picturesque and the property managers are friendly and responsive. A great experience!

Our family enjoyed beautiful North Farm! Carlee, the farm manager, was more than delightful. She had such enthusiasm for the property and the animals. We felt like family by the end of our stay.Truly a special place
