The property is extremely well located and walking distance to so much. Ann was readily available for any questions and the accommodations were just what we needed for our "crew". Beds were very comfortable and is a great gathering spot.

We were very happy with this home. We were able to walk everywhere in Sutton’s Bay. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s funhouse! The host was phenomenal, so accommodating, wonderful recommendations and great communication. The house was a perfect set up- clean, cozy, great layout and a great location that was a short walk into downtown’s Sutton Bay. Highly recommend!

We loved Ann’s house. It was very clean, well equipped and well appointed, and in a perfect location for us right next to the TART trail, close to the beach and downtown Suttons Bay, and less than 10 minutes from 9 Bean Rows and our three favorite wineries. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and in great condition and made sitting in the well landscaped backyard pleasant. Also of note was actual artwork throughout the house rather than the usual assortment from Home Goods. Ann was the most responsive host we have ever encountered. Every question or request was answered immediately. We usually check out thinking “this place would have been perfect if ....” We didn’t have any “ifs” at Aaron’s Fun House.

Great location

This house is very close to downtown and there is a small park near the water nearby. It’s conveniently located to other nearby towns and wineries.

The host was very responsive to any questions or contact. She shared information on a wonderful outdoor plant I wasn't familiar with. Very comfortable to approach.The home was well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, kitchen towels, bathroom towels and beach towels. The yard had nice outdoor furniture and a grill. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. One block off the main eating/shopping street. Immediate access to the bike trail. Three minute walk to the beach with a playground. The garage was convenient for us to store our bikes (7) and the golf cart. Additionally,three generous parking spots in driveway. I would highly recommend renting this VRBO.

Great location!

We loved our time in this home! From walks to the park, to downtown shopping, to the boat ramp across the street, this location was a hit for our whole family! Ann was great to communicate with and we will definitely visit this home again in the future.

Amazing!

we had the best time staying here. Walking distance to everything in Sutton bay and a short drive to nearby towns. The water was so close and everything was very clean and cozy.

Lovely house located about a block from town shops and white sand beach (and ice cream store!) Super clean and nicely decorated. Backyard patio shaded in early evening, great for grill outs.
Dog friendly (on leash) beach.

Great house!

The house is well furnished, roomy, and comfortable. It has everything you need! The location is great, you can walk to the bakery, the marina, and to downtown Suttons Bay. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future.

The house was great and had everything we needed. We always stayed in Traverse City when we did wine events but we were all very glad to stay at your house in Suttons Bay. So much closer and having a whole house sure beat hotel rooms. Also it was great to park in a garage since it snows every night ! We will definitely look at your house as a place to stay next year. So many wineries within a few miles. And close to 9 Bean Rows which is now our favorite breakfast place. Thank you so much! We had a blast!

A Wonderful Week in Leelanau

This property was roomy and accommodated our group of six adults and two pets well. We loved the proximity to downtown Suttons Bay as well as the Leelanau Trail. The house had clearly been well-cleaned and prepped for our visit. Ann, the hostess, was prompt in responding to our questions. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Lovely, comfortable and dog friendly home within walking distance to everything Sutton's Bay has to offer. Our only regret was that we didn't book it for a longer stay! Perfect location for walking to shops, trails and restaurants! We'll be back! ♥️
