Features 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, including two fully-updated master suites with king beds, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, heated floors and soaking tubs in each. Two additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds with a shared bathroom, one with a water view, and a large kids room wing with two twins (bunk bed) and a pull out full sofa bed with full bathroom down the hall. Gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, two ovens, wet bar, extra ice machine and everything you need to make and serve a meal, drinks, wine, etc. Open floor plan with large island bar area for entertaining, ambient lighting, LED flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and panoramic water views throughout. Premium cotton sheets and towels. Outdoor living & dining for up to 10 with wrap-around deck, gas BBQ, hot tub and gorgeous boardwalks to beach. 100 feet of pristine, private, sandy bottom beach/waterfront with a custom dock featuring a pergola with conversation area, chaise lounges, and ambient lighting (perfect for swimming!). Can’t wait to come back- treasured family memories

Tracy and Erin’s house was the ultimate place to spend a week away with family in our favorite town, Sutton’s Bay. The walkability to town as well as hoplot couldn’t be beat. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed- the hosts truly thought of everything! The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our family to relax. There was even a hot tub to relax in after a long day of shopping, eating and splashing in the water. The sandy beach, views off the dock and clear waters are what truly made this place so special. We can’t wait to continue to spend our vacations here at this beautiful house and continue to make family memories to last a life time.

This house was a great place for us to stay with our extended family. The beach was huge and had easy access, great amenities at the house and fantastic location close to the park and downtown Suttons Bay. Highly recommend!!

Idyllic lakeside vacation

Our multi generational family stayed in this lovely home just minutes from the main town area of Sutton’s Bay. The location is perfect with Hansen’s market 2 minutes away and Hop Lot brewery just down the road. We could bike from the house to the TART trail and also to our favorite ice cream shop in SB. The house is in pristine condition with all the amenities for cooking and lounging around. The private beach and amazing dock setup is the best we have seen in 15+ years of summering on Leelenau. We hope to be back again before too long.

Perfect beach house!

This place was perfect for us! Not only is the location ideal, but the home is impeccably clean and decorated in high-end finishes. The layout is thoughtfully designed to provide one-of-a-kind lake views, and open floor plan, and plenty of privacy for ourselves, 2 adult daughters, and their families. Lots of outdoor space too, including a nicely groomed, sand beach which was great for the kids. An easy walk to Hansens Grocery Store, Hop Lot, and downtown Suttons Bay. Surrounded by wineries where we spent too much money! The TART bike trail is nearby which was a real plus for my daughter and son-in-law. We've already booked again for next year!

Home Away from Home

This was our fourth time spending a week at The Beach House with our family of 10 (ages 7yo-85yo). As always, the home and property were welcoming, tidy, and comfortable. Erin and Tracy are wonderful hosts and immediately responsive to any inquiries or needs. Our family looks forward to this week at their Suttons Bay home each year and certainly plan to return. For those not familiar with Leelanau Peninsula, it's a treasure and worth visiting at least once in your life.

Amazing Stay in Sutton Bay

We stayed at this beautiful home the weekend of our son's wedding at Black Star Farms. The home was exactly what needed for our family. The home was clean and the rooms were perfect for all our adult children and their significant others. The location was close to the venue and downtown Sutton Bay. We enjoyed the sitting out on the dock as the sunset and the fire pit on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Another Wonderful Week!

This was our fourth year of staying at Tracy & Erin's wonderful house and everything was perfect as usual! The house was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The inside layout fits our family for activities with the grandchildren, and having meals together. The location is ideal with easy access to their beach and fantastic dock/pergola over the water. It was another amazing week in northern Michigan and we can't wait to return.

The Beach House Delivers Again...

This was our third year staying in The Beach House for our annual family vacation in Suttons Bay. We are family of 10 ranging in age from mid-80's to kindergartner. The home and grounds are beautifully kept, well-appointed with large community spaces for family meals and movie nights as well as plenty of private nooks for anyone who wants some peace and quiet. I whole-heartedly recommend this rental for families or friends who want a comfortable, updated waterfront home with a lovely private beach and dock.

Anniversary celebration

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful waterfront property. Everything was just as listed. Lake was gorgeous. Even though Mother Nature didn’t cooperate a few days, it was still the perfect getaway with our family!! Highly recommend. Property owners were great!

Friend’s Wedding

We stayed with two other couples for our friends sons wedding. The weather was beautiful so the beach, dock and outside area was just perfect for us during our stay. The house was laid out great for our stay as well. Plenty of room

Beautiful sandy beach spacious clean house

The house was amazing and the pictures were accurate. Starting outside the house has over 100 feet of sandy beach! No rocks, just sand out as far as you can walk. Multiple seating areas on the dock and beach as well as a fire pit (stocked with firewood!) You do have to cross a road but it is a small two lane residential road and not very busy. The house has a front deck overlooking the bay with table (seats 6) and umbrella . Sunrise was beautiful, sunset was blocked slightly. The back deck is very private and has a hot tub, (very clean) and table with umbrella (seats 6) and another large seating area. It was nice to sit in the back when it was windy some days. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen was modern with plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware for a large group. Also plenty of pots, pans and glass dishes for cooking. The kids wing has a half bath right near it and bunk beds with a trundle and a fold out couch. Adults could sleep on bunk beds very comfortable. All mattresses were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows and great bedding. Near the front door/foyer is a gorgeous full bath (shower) with modern fixtures. The downstairs master is the largest room, also modern bathroom (bathtub/shower). Upstairs (wooden stairs slightly creaky) there is a master (bathtub/shower) very roomy and modern. There are two other spacious rooms upstairs and a separate full bath (shower) at the top of the stairs. This upstairs bathroom also has a washer/dryer in it. There is also a washer/dryer on the way to the kids wing. All TV's had roku and the wifi was good throughout the house. The house is 1 minute from Hop Lot brewery and 2 minutes from downtown Suttons Bay. Easy 15-20 minute drive to Traverse City. The homeowners were very responsive and I would highly recommend the house!

Great Beach House!

Amazing house with room for a large group. Tables and chairs inside and out. On the beach on the pier. Large kitchen and barbecue to feed everyone. Our family reunion was a great success largely because of this amazing property.

Family lake house in Suttons Bay

This was our second year renting this property and we were just as thrilled as last time. A spacious, lovely home designed for a large group with generously sized community spaces as well as small nooks and corners for those desiring a bit of privacy. The back patio, front deck, private beach and dock are each well-appointed with comfortable furniture and wonderful views. Our family of 10 spanned three generations and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Beach House.

Winery visits

This is a FABULOUS property & is the second time we have stayed here. Before we left there was already talk about coming back next year. The addition of the dock & pergola since our last visit are great. Erin always responds quickly to any question or any message.

Perfect for a large group

With 8 adults, 3 kids, and 1 baby, this property was perfect for our large group and had beautiful views of the bay from multiple rooms. We did have some wifi problems so be prepared for that. Clean throughout, with a very well-stocked kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

House was clean, in a great location and view of water. We really enjoyed our stay. There were limited towels, we had a group of 8 and some had to use beach towels. Upstairs is a loft style bedroom, something to be aware of. Overall great stay, 4 stars.

Beautiful house with an amazing view!

We can’t say enough about this house and it’s view. Layout provided lots of room for our large family to spread out. View of Sutton’s Bay was spectacular and all the outside spaces and dock lounge allowed options on how to enjoy it. Kitchen was well stocked and nicely laid out. Hosts were easy to get a hold. Very impressed with this property!
