This spot is simply amazing. The house was perfect and with a group of 10 we had the absolute best time with so much space for everyone.

Great place for our extended families to hang out over a long weekend. 7 adults plus five kids, and we had plenty of space. Comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms & kitchens (bonus downstairs kitchen), big dining table. The lake is easily accessible, and we enjoyed kayaking (with their provided kayaks set up down at the beach), paddleboarding, and swimming during the day, and bon fire at night. Great location to Traverse City (20mins), and surrounding interests on the Leelanau Peninsula (Sutton's Bay 10mins, Empire 45 mins).

Great house for a large family gathering! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy themselves. The basement was especially wonderful for families with young children who needed to go to bed earlier. It was very quiet, and the downstairs kitchen made late-night bottle feedings much easier without having to go upstairs.The main kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment and supplies we needed. With 12 people staying in one house, I was initially concerned about bathroom availability, but it was never an issue. No one ever had to wait.Overall, this home was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly suited for a large group. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation get away

Prime location near traverse city and historic fish town. Lots of space to fit friends and family. Beautiful spot on the bay!

Great place great stay

We had a great vacation at this property. We had three families in the same house and we had plenty of room. The location of the private beach was amazing and so easy to access. The property manager was also very easy to communicate with if an issue arose. Excellent stay

Great for friends reunion

The house was perfect for 5 couples. Great location between Suttons Bay and TC. Spent hours around the fire pit on the beach. Enjoyed Hop Lot brewery and Kayak Bike & Brew in TC. Easy access to the west side of peninsula. Troy is very helpful and attentive with any needs. Thank you!

Great location

The house and location were great. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also to enjoy time together. Beach and fire pit were great. Kayaks and paddle board were enjoyed. One negative, the Leelanau peninsula is a big agricultural area and since the crops were ripening, there were a number of fruit flies everywhere. In no way did it ruin the trip, they were just annoying. We will definitely consider visiting again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property. Troy was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The house was spacious, clean and very nicely designed and we had plenty of room for our group of college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays together. The private beach across the road was so scenic - felt like we could sit there for hours. We also had a nice view of the bay from the adirondack chairs on the deck and out the front window. We only stayed two nights before moving along on our trip, but we all agreed that we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend and we hope that we can return soon!

Loved the house, it was comfortable and modern and clean. Did have an issue with major appliance in house not working-but got a resolution after I asked from host. I do think for money we paid, everything should have been perfect but what can you do, things do break down at the inconvenient times. We refused to let it get us down because this was a significant family reunion/birthday celebration. Know that the road outside between lake access and house is busy and loud (55 mph zone). IMO not fun to sit outside. At the beach you just get used to it and its not as bad. Lots of nice touches from the host mgmt company like toiletries, kitchen essentials, firewood left at the beach, kayaks, paddleboards, lifejackets. I do recommend this house wholeheartedly for big groups/families. It was a wonderful home base for us.
