Perfect weekend getaway for the family

This was a great home for a getaway up north. We hit the slopes a couple days, enjoyed the peacefulness of the woods/property and made a lot of great family memories. The owners went above and beyond and anticipated many of our needs, even a basket of supplies for a dog. Everything you need is provided. I’d double check if there are bunk beds, as I couldn’t determine if it was a convertible bed. Wasn’t an issue as our son was excited to sleep on the couch. Highly recommend! Hope to make it back!

Perfect Weekend

The property was exactly what we needed for a weekend away. It is nice and private. Kitchen is adequately stocked with tools needed for cooking. The bed was comfy. The fireplace added a nice touch. The shower was warm :). We were very happy with our stay. The only thing to note is the driveway could be a challenge in a non four wheel vehicle in the winter. The owner of the property made sure we were aware of this, which was very kind. We have an SUV so it wasn't an issue. Plus - there is sand/salt mix at the driveway entrance if it is slippery. Beautiful and peaceful location!

Cozy and convenient

Super close to Lutsen Mt but tucked back and secluded. GREAT place. Definitely need 4 or AWD to access in winter, but they plowed the roadway very fast after a 7in snow fall. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay near Lutsen

My kids and I stayed an extended weekend at this property. The facilities were as listed and it was only a 5 minute drive to the ski slopes. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay up on the north shore. I would definitely recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter as the driveway is steep and slippery in spots.

Beautiful Cabin In The Woods

Had an amazing time at this well stocked, very clean cabin. The owner John was so easy to communicate with. Now we just want to come back in the summer and experience it when it's not -26 degrees.

Great location, tidy cabin

We enjoyed our stay at Moose Ridge. It was the perfect location for a few days of skiing at Lutsen. It was also nice to stay at a cabin in the woods instead of in the condos at the base of the ski hill.

Nice cabin

This cabin was a great place to stay, its small and cozy, and has most things you would need for a stay. The only disapointment was the cleanlines. There was a lot of pet hair in the rug, and couches. Other then that it was a great place. Nicly secluded, and with a view of lake Superior through the trees. I would recomed it to anyone wanting a nice quiet get away!

Nice place, great location.

The property was great, it was in really good shape and clean. It was also nice and private and had just about everything you need in a cabin. The only few things we were disappointed in was that there were not bunk beds (which were advertised) so our kids were a little cramped sharing a full size bed. Also the pans could be replaced, there’s teflon chipping all over the place. Truly a nice place, just a couple things to be aware of.

Fall hiking weekend

Booked The cabin for a 3 day weekend of Fall hiking. Cabin was perfect location for trails and parks. It was exactly as described, cozy and rustic and perfect. John answered our call immediately when we had a question upon arrival. Would definitely stay again. Dean & Trish

A wonderful stay on the North Shore

This cabin is great. It had everything we needed and more! It was clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. The owner had great communication when we needed it and also was able to leave us to ourselves, which is our preference. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

North Shore Drive

Very comfortable, secluded mountain cabin. But very close to all the North Shore experiences. Will definitely do this again, and recommend to friends.

This was our second stay. We had a great time; comfortable, good location, quiet, and a simply idyllic setting. The property manager was helpful and responsive. We will be back!

Wonderful North Shore getaway

We stayed at this lovely cabin for 5 days in late August 2024. It is just as wonderful as the other guests write in their reviews. Private and quiet location but still an easy drive to all the North Shore attractions. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The decorating is lovely. We appreciated the wide range of channels on the TV which allowed us to watch our local baseball team’s games. We hope to come back next year.

Loved this cabin tucked away in the woods! Quiet surroundings with unlimited hiking trails and spectacular Lake Superior nearby. A perfect place to recharge your battery.

Get away from it all!

This is a lovely modern cabin tucked in the woods near Lake Superior. It was very quiet and and the evening sky was beautiful. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and looking at the stars. So close to many great restaurants and activities.
