Beautiful gulf front vacation 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Our condo is an end unit with windows on side and front , newly furnished/decorated with new tiled floors throught the entire 1500 squared feet unit. All new appliances and smart TV in every room. Enjoy spectacular ocean/sunset views from master bedroom, great room, dining and kitchen area and balcony.

We offer a king size master bedroom facing the Gulf, a queen size bedroom and two twin beds in third bedroom. All bedrooms have a new flat screen smart tv’s. and ceiling fans.

The unit has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, wireless internet connection, cableTV, sauna, gym , pool and covered parking. Linens, towels are provided.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet, marble spa tub, walking in shower. Other amenities include laundry room with new washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Grandview is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, golf course, movie theateers, miniature gold and other fun family activities.

Pier Park is just 3 miles west of grandview with exciting shops and restaurants.

The ocean view was amazing!! The online pictures do not do it justice. Convenient location to all Panama City Beach has to offer. Host was easy to reach, readily available, quick to respond and very helpful.

Annual Beach Trip

We have been staying at this property for a few years, never disappointed. Location is great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pool is nice. Connie has always been very helpful. Definitely will stay again.

Girls Annual Beach Trip

We stayed at this condo last May, we enjoyed it so much we booked again. I would recommend this property it’s close to restaurants and right on the beach. Nice pool area lots of chairs

Great trip to end the school year!

We had a great time at this condo! The views were great and the condo was very clean and the owners were easy to work with! Highly recommend it!

Wonderful condo, would definitely recommend this!!! The host was the best we have had and the complex was great, no waiting for elevators and someone always cleaning.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet building

The apartment was exactly as described. It suited our puposes perfectly. Comfortable, clean, attractive. The location and views, priceless!

Great location

Really nice unit. Close to beach. Pool was not out in the sun like most but worked. Would definitely stay again. Not super crowded like bigger resorts and that was just fine. Only negative was the elevators need better ventilation, kinda stuffy on a hot day.

Wonderful Location/Fantastic Views

I have been coming to Panama City Beach for over 20 years. This was my first time staying at the Grandview. The location was great and I could easily drive to my favorite restaurants and shopping spots. We never had to wait for the elevator and there were plenty of luggage carts to use for arrival/departure. The owner of the condo was quick to respond to any and all questions. Will definitely book this condo again.

Summer Vacation

The unit has been updated since photos have been taken, beautiful! Everything we could need and a beautiful view. The pool was a little boring, but the location was close to many areas within walking and made it a good visit. It is frustrating that some company puts out chairs and umbrellas takes up the entire beach. We had to walk 100-150 yards to the left or right to get a spot on the beach due to the many chairs and umbrellas put out.

Great vacation

They kept the property common areas immaculate! The unit was nice as described and very comfortable. Evident the owner was working on upgrades. Owner was extremely kind and welcoming via text. Guest room ceiling fan wasn’t operable but there was a little fave we used instead and we told her we didn’t need an immediate repair. Wish we had that size master BR at home!

This place is amazing!

We have stayed at Connie’s rental 2 times and are planning to stay a third time this coming summer! The location is amazing and the views are stunning!! Connie is super fast to address any issues or questions and very friendly. Someone mentioned another condo in PCB as a possibility for next years rental and my kids said absolutely not!! We love visiting this paradise and thank the owners for sharing it with us! Parking is across the street unless you have a handicap parking pass but that was never an issue for us. Hands down best vacation rental we have ever rented!!!

Could be a nice place to stay

This condo is very outdated. Don’t stay if you have small kids, cause they will get cut with all the broken tiles. The toilet in the small bathroom wobbles. The dining room chairs are broken. There was no batteries in the remotes. The floors weren’t mopped.

No wait on the Elevators

this property is great. Just as described. 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The master bathroom is large with a large walkin shower and large tub. The 3rd bedroom is a little small but all that was needed for 2 teenage boys. Plenty of seating in the living room/kitchen. Kitchen had a nice, large refrigerator. The property is smaller so we did not have any waits for the elevator and the beach was not crowded. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The checkin and check out process was easy. Parking was across the street but after we fiqured out where to park it was not too bad. My family would definitely consider staying here again, great location.

Parking Nightmare

The parking alone will keep me from going back to this building. To park at building you must have a handicap pass this was not mentioned in the listing and god help you if you don’t have a handicap pass the parking guard will be to see you you must park across the street which at one point we couldn’t find a spot there. They will leave a threatening message with you about towing your vehicle. It was just a nightmare every time we pulled in to the place. There are several other places to stay I would avoid this one. Oh yeah and quiet time is at 10 PM so be sure everyone is quiet or the guard may come to visit you again.

Needs repairs

Master bedroom floor needs to be replaced. There were loose tiles and mismatched flooring pieces. Property Manager was not the best at communicating needed information. Frustrating to have to go to a different location which was not just next door to check-in and pick up the parking passes. I ended up paying twice for a 2nd parking pass because the property manager did not leave one in the condo (which she overcharged for). I have 4 grown adult children who come from different cities so we have to have more than 1 parking pass. When I contacted the property manager, she was not friendly or helpful. Location of condo is good but I will not request to stay at this location again.

Management company

This is a beautiful place but with a management company like oaseas resorts it puts it down pretty bad . when we arrived we noticed the slideing door that goes to balcony from livingroom the handle was broken notified oaseas and they sent maitnance man up he took handle off and said would notify door company and someone would be there monday this was saturday no one showed up it still wasnt fixed when we left on thursday. also there was sand in floor and in the beds upon arrival the room was not cleaned properly , the hall bathroom door did not lock the ice maker did not make ice . Connie was very good to work with and everything went smooth on here end it was oaseas resorts that needs to be delt with the on site management company , i told the lady behind desk i was not happy and would not be back and she said ok that was it did not care. On and all we had good trip just won't stay at grand view again .

Disappointed stay

The two stars that I give this condo is VERY generous based off the fact that the owner was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked. With that being said, that was the only good things. Our family enjoyed ourselves outside of the condo but in the seven trips we have taken to PCB, this was one of the most run down condo units we have stayed in with the most issues. The check in process was a NIGHTMARE and the management company is a joke! The front desk lady said I still had a balance and needed to pay in full before check in even though I paid in full at the time of booking over 6 months ago. Said the parking pass and Wi-Fi password would be in the room and it was not. I even said that she was supposed to give it to me and she was very rude and said “they left it on your kitchen counter” and it was not left on the kitchen counter. Our room was not ready at check in time (4pm) even though we arrived early at 1pm and requested an early check in. There are more than just a few tiles cracked some of which are sharp on your feet. There is rugs and furniture placed in odd places to try to cover how bad the floor is. Every room had broken tile. There are only flat sheets on the beds, no fitted sheets. There is no parking pass for the parking area at the condo, the parking pass that comes with the unit and the extra one I purchased are for across the street only! Remotes have no batteries and good luck finding remotes that work for the bedrooms. We were only able to use the tv in the master and the living room after changing out batteries and testing each remote in each room. Patio furniture is very dated and oddly placed. Screen door that goes on the sliding door was broke and laying on the back patio. Told maintenance and they just said the screen was broken and that’s why it was on the back patio. Washer and dryer is very dated as well. The place needs a complete renovation. I understand people come in and out constantly but there should be better upkeep and maintenance done especially for the price that I paid!

Thank you for being our guests. am very sorry about the checkin process and I have addressed all your pointswith the management company. The company is under new management and they are working out the details. Regarding the misplaced furniture, some guests rearrange the furniture around to their liking which may seem unusual to other guests. I will have management company check out the tv remotes to ensure the remotes contain better use fir next guests. Due to Supply chain issues we were not able to replace washer/Dryer and are now on order..
