Great location, everything went smoothly and had a good time in Charleston. Lots to do, great restaurants. The room was perfect in every way.

This property is perfection. Perfect for a girls trip to Charleston. The unit was beautiful and spotless. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated. Outdoor areas with water feature and gas fire pit were a lovely perk. Jamie and Melissa were always available with answers to our questions. Thank you for a fabulous visit!

Great location- very close to King Street, very clean, need to walk up a circular staircase to enter, but they do have a hoyer to lift your luggage.

Excellent stay! Jamie was very responsive, the place was spotless and the location—steps from king Street—was perfect. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment rental. Beautifully remodeled historic building! A pleasure to stay in such a centrally located place in Charleston! Just a short walk to most everything on King Street. Coffee shops and restaurants just around the block. Courtyards are beautiful and so well maintained. Everything was well furnished and very clean. Host was very attentive to any needs. A pleasure staying here and would return without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s super cute, well maintained and Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. The location was also really great. We’ll definitely be back when in Charleston.

Perfect stay

Loved our stay here, good distance to King St. and cool and cozy vibe all around. Would highly recommend and would probably stay here again if I come back to Charleston. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for sightseeing. There are many restaurants in the area. Parking was included. The courtyard is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy touring day. The beds are firm yet comfortable.

Great location and very comfortable place

Great location… walking distance to endless shops, restaurants, and dessert places. The hosts were very attentive both with communication and their attention to details within the property. Everything was clean and comfortable at this property. Would definitely stay again.

This home was perfectly equipped for us with high end items.......no exceptions. Great location. Communication with owner was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I stayed and had the best time. It was central to everything- we walked all over and never needed an Uber to or from. We saw the battery and even South of Broad- there are so many places to stop and see that it made walking easy breezy. Cutest coffee shop on the corner and markets with what we needed in a short walk. It was super clean and comfortable- the beds were amazing after a long day of touring. The hosts were very communicative and check in was a breeze. The spiral staircase up- an adventure getting our luggage in; however, there is a lift we noticed after! They provided a nice itinerary and we appreciated it as I had been before and didn’t realize the houses you could tour. Highly recommend and would love to go back!

Perfect place while visiting Charleston! Place was clean and well appointed. The luggage lift was used to get our things up to unit with no issue. Spiral staircase was fun. We only made coffee so can't speak to using the kitchen. Would recommend Holey City Bagels which is right around the corner and Chez Nous for brunch or dinner. SO good, off the beaten path, small and wonderful atmosphere.

A lovely Christmas

Having a full size dining table for 4 and very comfortable chairs was key for our family get together. The king beds were super comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was also one of the necessities for our crew. One en suite is tiny size, but workable. The courtyards are dreamy, i would stay again.

Nice apartment in good location

The apartment was very nice and had historic details. It would have been helpful if directions were provided on how to use the washing machine which was a bit complicated.

Charleston Stay

The property was very nice and a perfect place to stay for our girls trip. There were some issues with the hot water in the original apartment we had booked, and Jamie was extremely communicative and helpful and getting us moved to a different apartment while she had plumbers working on our original booking. Thanks to her it had little impact on our trip.
