We had a fabulous stay at this rental. Our response from the realtor office was great and we just lived being so close to the beach, the shops, great eateries ing places and easy drive to Santa Cruz for a visit there too. So glad we stayed here Once we figured out where to leave our second vehicle nearby all was fantastic !!

Bridgeport Bungalow is charming. This is my 5th property stay in Capitola and first time in the river area. The property had plenty of rooms & bathrooms for my multigenerational family, ages 6 to 71. For this reason, and for the response time of the host, along with the private deck/patio area seating for all of us, I give 5 stars. Sharing a photo of the kids washing dishes in the kitchen.

This bungalow is a family favorite of ours! This was our 4th time staying here. We love it! Great location, perfect size for our group, plenty of bathrooms! Capitola is magical!

The house is in a great location. Literally walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and best bakery, Gayles.It was clean and spacious for 6 of us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Parking is the only downside and still not a big deal. I got lucky when the person who was parked right in front of the house left shortly after we arrived. We had 2 other cars that we parked at the lot near the police station. Really not a big deal and not expensive either.Overall great space. :)

Loved the location and having 5 bedrooms for my family! The grass/yard area facing the river was really a nice added bonus. This was our second time staying here and we certainly would stay again.

This house was so beautiful and comfortable for our family gathering. The location is amazing, just steps from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is nice eating/gathering space. The host was very responsive, with timely check in details and checks throughout the visit to make sure everything was in order.

House was clean and ready when we arrived. Perfect size for a large group. We loved that it was minutes away by foot from the beach. The back patio area by the creek is so relaxing!

Great location! Host had great communication, had some minor issues but one got taken care of right away. Needs some updating, but other than that best location ever! Nice and spacious.

Great place to stay near the beach

The place is great! It is clean, comfortable, has a shared deck with nice views and access to the creek. The rooms are neat, clean towels in the bathroom. The house has everything you need to prepare meals, and a nice dinning room. The house is close to restaurants, local shops, the beach.

Very convenient location if you want to walk and explore Capitola. It was a 2 minute walk from downtown and 3-4 minutes to the beach. Over night parking (for 2nd vehicle) at Village was a short 5 minute walk past the police station / Capitola Museum. The home is located so close to the beach that we could hear the waves and seagulls in the mornings. Great, convenient and nice place to stay! Would definitely book again.

Family Getaway

Perfect spot to gather with family on the river and walk to the beach. The house accommodated our multigenerational family with a bedroom for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It’s an ideal location and a very comfortable house! The piano was also a highlight for the musicians in the group.

The best location and 5 full bedrooms. Parking was not bad, the city lot is close and you pay 11 a day to park. It was also easy to use the spot in front of the house. You honestly do not need a car while staying here.
