Ideal vacation home located in just the right spot, featuring hardwood floors throughout the main level, cathedral ceiling, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a 1/2 baths, whole house audio, custom granite/ stainless kitchen, master bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, beautiful outdoor shower, plus finished basement and finished garage. Private rear yard perfect for entertaining. Covered front porch and balcony.

You can't help but smile when you arrive and know that any direction you head is the right choice. The beach is in front of you, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk to your right, the mountains behind you, and the harbor and Aldo's Restaurant to your left. Relax and enjoy the perfect destination.

Pack light because we have done our best to anticipate your needs. Wetsuits, boogie boards, surf boards, beach gear, wagon, cooler, etc. are available for use. Comcast high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen. The house is set up for your enjoyment. Use the 4 cruiser bikes to bike along the coast and explore.

Monterey Bay Aquarium, San Francisco, or the redwoods are a pretty drive. The redwoods are pretty close.

Perfect beach house

We were able to gather family from nearby and far away over the course of a week. We came to appreciate the floor plan because it provided nice spaces for privacy and spaces to gather for football or kid TV. Hope we can return.

Fantastic location, great communication

You really cant get a better location in terms of walkability to beach, harbor, etc. Great set up for extended family with a floor separating aleeping areas, making it ideal for mix of older family and kids. Host has a garage full of bikes, toys, wetsuits, boogie boards and they are in good repair. Host was also a great commjnicator. She was friendly, professional and flexible. I highly recommend the place.

Location, location, location

This was a great home base for our family of 6 adults. It's within walking distance to restaurants and a great beach. Communication with the owner was easy and always very timely. Would highly recommend this house!

I’ve stayed in many private rentals, and this is definitely top-notch. Great hosts, excellent beach amenities, fantastic proximity to a beautiful beach and the Santa Cruz boardwalk (both an easy walk). I’ll be back…

Beautiful home with everything you need for your stay

Beautiful home inside and out. Easy checkin and check out. Home had everything we could of needed for our week stay. 3 min walk to Sea right Beach. Really close by to restaurants and Boardwalk. Glenn was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Lots of space, stocked kitchen and bathrooms and lots of beach gear. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again when in California

Great getaway for a long weekend.

House is well equipped. I think the best we have ever rented! Very supportive host. Close to the ocean. Overall very very good.

Great beach house

It is a great beach house. They supplied everything you need for the beach and more. Wet suits, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Very nice kitchen and very well stocked! Bathrooms were nice. The downstairs TV area is dark and the bedrooms are dark and small. But the beds we’re comfortable. There was laundry facilities. The location couldn’t have been better!!! I highly recommend it!

Great vacation spot

The house is well stocked with beach equipment and very comfortable. You can’t beat the location short walk to boardwalk and harbor.

Perfect Get-Away close to the beach!

The communication with the home owner was fantastic! He got right back to us with the questions we had and was an overall really nice person. The home is on a quite street, not many cars. Its an easy 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk. The house is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed to cook dinners in and having a BBQ was a huge plus! Can't say enough about this place its simply a fantastic place to say and we look forward to going back!

Exceeded Expectations

The home was the perfect place to stay with easy access to beach, boardwalk and the west side. Great patio and balcony to chill in the sun and relax. We will definitely return

Seabright Reunion

Location is awesome! Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants, even with a 2 year old and 4 year old in tow. If you choose to cook at home, kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed and there is even an outdoor grill. Accommodations were comfortable for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Communications with owner were great. Excellent rental!

A wonderful week at 218.

We had a fantastic week. The house was in mint condition. Beds were super comfy and the house was easy to navigate. We highly recommend this house to others who may be interested in a spectacular get-away experience.

Excellent accommodations

Nice accommodations and excellent host. Glenn was always attentive to email inquiries and responded fast if we had any questions or concerns. Home was only a block-ish from the beach. Half mile to Boardwalk. Really fun beach area (great for bonfires but get there early to reserve a pit). Glenn offered a lot of beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, and 4 bikes! Our kids loved this feature. Nice back deck, cozy and private , complete with twinkle lights to illuminate the area at night. Beautiful master area on the whole 2nd floor: deck with chairs, master bath is huge with jet tub and lots of natural light. Fun private TV area in basement with a mini bar, just off the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Daughter had a blast in the bunk bed room. Son happy with the more grown up queen sized bed in other room. Overall, we were very happy with the house and had a great time visiting the area.

Wonderful location in Santa Cruz

The property is very nice, especially for being so close to beach (where places can be small). This is a 3 level residence; the lower level is a nicely re-modeled basement w/2 bedrooms and an area to watch TV, full bathroom and washer/dryer (purely functional area). The middle level is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen area as very good. The entry-room (from front door) served us well w/couches. The garage is a kind of entertainment area w/couches and TV - nothing fancy but it worked. The upstairs (master bedroom and bath) is very nice. The outdoor sitting area in the back is a bit small and taken up with outdoor furniture, but it serves it's purpose pretty well. I would rent this place again without hesitation.

The Beach house

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and it is as described. A walk to the beach and a very short drive to Capitola. The owner was very pleasant, easy to get a hold of. Great place ! Will stay again !

As a child we would get in the station wagon and head to Santa Cruz. We loved those trips. When I met the woman I wanted to marry we often went to the beach, and enjoyed it together. We liked it so much we made it part of our wedding weekend and invited the guests to a bonfire at the beach near this home. Our family has made the drive over the hill numerous times to spend many special days at the beach.

We looked for almost a year to find a beach house that met all our desires. We now know Santa Cruz neighborhoods well. The neighborhood is great and everything is so close. It does one's soul good to come to Santa Cruz.
