Ideal vacation home located in just the right spot, featuring hardwood floors throughout the main level, cathedral ceiling, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a 1/2 baths, whole house audio, custom granite/ stainless kitchen, master bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, beautiful outdoor shower, plus finished basement and finished garage. Private rear yard perfect for entertaining. Covered front porch and balcony.

You can't help but smile when you arrive and know that any direction you head is the right choice. The beach is in front of you, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk to your right, the mountains behind you, and the harbor and Aldo's Restaurant to your left. Relax and enjoy the perfect destination.

Pack light because we have done our best to anticipate your needs. Wetsuits, boogie boards, surf boards, beach gear, wagon, cooler, etc. are available for use. Comcast high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen. The house is set up for your enjoyment. Use the 4 cruiser bikes to bike along the coast and explore.

Monterey Bay Aquarium, San Francisco, or the redwoods are a pretty drive. The redwoods are pretty close.

This beach house was awesome for us. It has everything you need for the beach so you don't have to bring it with you. We used the chairs and beach toys and wagons for our beach time. The house is well equipped with everything and the host was great. We would stay here again.

2 blocks to the beach! Absolutely spectacular. This is a 3 level home so I got my steps in! Was great because the kids chilled in the down stairs while I stayed on the top floor. Highly recommend!

We had the best experience staying here! It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and stocked. It is so close to the beach and we walked to the boardwalk no problem. The owner had excellent communication. We could not be happier!

Great vacation spot

The house is well stocked with beach equipment and very comfortable. You can’t beat the location short walk to boardwalk and harbor.

This is an incredible home in an amazing location! The owners have thought of every amenity to make our stay most comfortable and such care and attention into every aspect of house! We used the home as base to drive the PCH to Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur as well as enjoy Santa Cruz. Great bikes and lots of fun beach toys including wet suits on the property for our use, we were only able to bike ride in April but the beach is so inviting just a few houses away. Our family enjoyed a great stay and give this property our highest rating!

The house was beautiful and so comfortable! In a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to multiple, wonderful coffee shops! Beach is within view at the end of the street where it was nice for a walk. The rooms were well-appointed and enjoyed the family area for watching television together. Definitely will stay here again!

We had a great stay at this home. It's location is perfect for us; near the beach and all our favorite places. The host was very responsive when we had questions. There's plenty of space. The outside area seems like it would be wonderful in the summer. We were here in the winter so didn't spend time just sitting outside.

We had an amazing stay at this home and can’t recommend it enough. It’s just a few houses from the beach, yet what stood out most was how comfortable and inviting it felt. Every detail and amenity was thoughtfully provided, even a white-noise machine in the master bedroom, which was such a pleasant surprise. We would absolutely stay here again and give it our highest recommendation.

Perfect Stay

Fantastic property and location. The owners are extremely responsive and have fastidiously labeled and documented everything. The garage is well stocked with bikes and beach supplies. Walkable to the boardwalk, beach, market, and a few restaurants.

The Beach house

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and it is as described. A walk to the beach and a very short drive to Capitola. The owner was very pleasant, easy to get a hold of. Great place ! Will stay again !

Location, location, location

This was a great home base for our family of 6 adults. It's within walking distance to restaurants and a great beach. Communication with the owner was easy and always very timely. Would highly recommend this house!

Exceeded Expectations

Family vacation

Our family goes to Seabright every year but this was the first time staying in this house. It's a beautiful house with lots of space and amenities. The property owners left us a card welcoming us to their home, very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

As a child we would get in the station wagon and head to Santa Cruz. We loved those trips. When I met the woman I wanted to marry we often went to the beach, and enjoyed it together. We liked it so much we made it part of our wedding weekend and invited the guests to a bonfire at the beach near this home. Our family has made the drive over the hill numerous times to spend many special days at the beach.

We looked for almost a year to find a beach house that met all our desires. We now know Santa Cruz neighborhoods well. The neighborhood is great and everything is so close. It does one's soul good to come to Santa Cruz.
