Excellent location

Perfect beach stay. Location to beach was excellent and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Condo is very nicely decorated and fully supplied. It was a great location for us to walk to restaurants and right on the trolley line.

Great Vacation

This was a great Vacation for my family. Clean property and well taken care of. Had all of the necessary essentials for our stay and our time on the beach. My family already wants to book our next vacation here next year.

Siesta Key

Our vacation was just perfect and it felt like being in paradise. The apartment with all the conveniences were a big part of it - We will definitely be back :-)

Siesta Key

Wonderful unit and our family had such a good time. The pool is warm, best beach in Florida (says us). Thanks to Greg for his quick communication and being a lovely host.

We were very pleased with this condo. It had everything we needed and the location was super convenient to restaurants and shopping. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Amazing Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Siesta Breakers. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and more! We had a great view of the amazing beach and we will definitely be going back. Greg was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we had. We absolutely love the location and the walkability factor. Such a great vibe!

This property was wonderful. It was very clean and spacious. Location was great with the beach on one side and restaurants and shops on the other. Greg was quick to respond to questions which really helped me with any travel nerves.

Amazing Stay

The property was perfect for what we needed. Loved the proximity to the beach, the view, restaurants and a market. It was also really nice that the often not provided necessities were available as well like paper towels, laundry pods, dish and hand soap. Tennis court was great too. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to stay again in the future.

Spacious condo in the heart of Siesta Key

Close to the beach and plenty of nearby bars and restaurants that are within walking distance. Beach service for chairs was great. Condo was bigger than most. Good communications with host. Would book again.

The host is very interactive and responsive. Location is key. Construction of each floor walkways was going on. While a distraction something an owner cannot control.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool area was always kept clean and we enjoyed the pool everyday and night. The beach was ran smoothly and we always had plenty of space for our family to enjoy.

Beautiful spacious condo

I have never stayed I at rental so large, well equipped, and wonderfully located. The unit was beautiful and had everything we could possibly ask for. The complex is beautiful and close to many restaurants and on quieter Crescent Beach. I would like to have stayed much longer. This unit is a real gem.

Siesta Breakers 414

My wife and I just returned home from our 4 weeklong Siesta Key vacation. Greg was a wonderful host, and we thank him for allowing us into his beautiful condo. We've been vacationing in Siesta Key back to the mid-eighties and have stayed at Siesta Breakers previously. Great condo, great unit, great host. Can't wait to go back!
