Gorgeous place they have it set up really well for families - lots of things to do and play with. We came for a women's retreat and it was spacious for the 8 women we brought we all loved it! And the views are spectacular!

The house was beautiful, my family and I enjoyed the home. It was perfect for a get away into the forest. Very spacious and comfortable. Very easy to check in and out, and very easy to communicate with the host. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was spacious and had a nice semi open concept. Liked that the kitchen was not as open to the living area but close. It made it more cozy. Loved the backyard deck and fireplace. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Overall a very nice stay.

This was a great property. It is located in a quiet forest neighborhood just outside of town. Far enough away for the peace and quiet we were seeking but close enough to pop into town for shopping and meals. Property is spacious with 4 bedrooms and a recreation room on the lower level. We’ll definitely come back here when we need a place to stay.

Perfect getaway

The home was well furnished, and we really enjoyed the air hockey table. Loved the propane in the large family room that made it so warm and cozy.

This home is great with lots of room it sleeps eight comfortably and the beds were quite comfortable. House is nice and clean and has a wonderful view, big balcony, easy check-in and check out. There were lots of toys and books for the kids (love that) and the air hockey table was lots of fun! However the heat in the house made us very uncomfortable. The two portable air conditioner units that are provided (one in the primary bedroom one in the living room ) were insufficient for even almost cooling the house down and to top it off the circuit kept going out and we had to constantly go and reset it outside. The last day we were there we resorted to just having one fan on at a time because we couldn't have both going at the same time otherwise they would turn off. We would love to return for another stay if this issue were to be resolved as it is a wonderful home.

Nice size place. Fair price. Large TV with surround sound in the living room, which was a plus. Very nice fireplace. Adequate parking. Kitchen a little bit small. Pots, pans, utensils, glassware were slightly underwhelming. However, the stocked Keurig was nice! No dishwasher, but we already knew that beforehand. Has a nice large deck. Functional air hockey table downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed it and the place was very clean!

We really liked the location of the property - just far enough away from town to feel away, but close enough for convenience. The house was nice - the open entertaining/dining area was great. The big TV was a plus! We used the big table to play some games, which the house had lots to choose from. The kitchen was a little on the small side and had the very basics, and we did appreciate the Keurig! It lacked a dishwasher and an in-sink garbage disposal - 2 niceties that are a bit of a challenge if you plan to cook and eat meals at the house.The back deck was nice but we unfortunately didn't get much use of it with the weather during our stay.All things considered, we'd stay here again!

The property overall was lovely. The sunsets and wildlife were beautiful. The only things that kept us from giving an excellent review are the following: no window coverings on the hottest side of the house made it uncomfortably warm despite the portable AC’s, which brings me to the next reason, breaker kept popping while AC’s were in use, and my last comment is that the kitchen seemed inadequately appointed with enough dishes and cookware to accommodate a family of 8 for the 25 days we were there. To clarify, it was just the 2 of us most of the time but it advertises accommodations for 8 so it seems there should be enough plates, bowls, utensils, etc. for at least 8. Wine glasses would’ve been nice too. Coffee mugs worked but not ideal for wine lovers! Overall, it was a great place and we’d stay there again.

Loved the kitchen skin and faucet. Plate ware was wonderful. The bidet is a must try for everyone. Rooms were great beds comfortable and wonderful sheets. Each bed has a fan to keep cool. Loved the stay.

Overall, the property was clean and well‑prepared for a family stay. However, I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this home during the summer months due to the lack of true central air conditioning. The owner provides only two small portable units—one in the master bedroom and one in the living room—which are nowhere near adequate for cooling the space. When we arrived, the interior temperature was over 90, and it didn’t cool down until late in the evening, making the entire first day extremely uncomfortable.To make matters worse, we had to purchase an extension cord just to run one of the units on a separate breaker because they kept shutting off, further delaying any chance of cooling the house.If you plan to cook, be aware that the kitchen is not stocked with enough utensils for a family of eight, despite the listing stating the home accommodates that number.The beds were very comfortable, and the property would likely make for a pleasant winter stay. However, I would never recommend booking this home in the summer. The listing does not clearly disclose that there are only two portable AC units, and the photos are misleading as they do not show them.

Thanks for that feedback Cassie and understand the concern of the heat in June and we try our best to keep it as cool as we can with the older cabin. It's at an elevation of 6400ft and once the monsoon starts people will actually have to turn the heat on. We will also get some more utensils in.
