Welcome to Phoenix X 408, a beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo with a bonus bunk alcove, offering 800 sq. ft. of bright, coastal comfort. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this relaxing retreat is the ideal destination for couples or small families seeking a peaceful Orange Beach escape.

From the moment you arrive, you'll feel at ease in the cheerful, thoughtfully furnished living space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fill the condo with natural light and lead to your private balcony—where you can unwind while taking in stunning views of the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks when you're not enjoying nearby restaurants. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens conveniently to the hallway. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Kids will love the cozy bunk alcove—perfect for their own fun hideaway.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the iconic Flora-Bama, known for live music, cold drinks, and non-stop beachfront entertainment. Across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, and even a liquor store—allowing you to enjoy a full vacation without ever needing to drive.

As a guest of Phoenix X, you'll also enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie splash pad, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, wallyball court, basketball goal, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sand.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Unit was clean, beautiful view right on the beach. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. I did not like how it only came with 1 of each kind of paper product and cleaning supplies. I'm stayed at multiple home rentals and this is the first that only provided one roll of toilet paper, one paper towel, one dishwasher detergent, etc. The location was great if you plan to frequently go to Florabama but everything else required a car. If we went back to Orange Beach we would stay at a property on the beach that had more options within walking distance.

Beautiful, clean and great location!

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Very clean and uncluttered! We loved the 4th floor convenience. High enough for a great view of the Gulf and sunsets but no need for an elevator for loading and unloading.

4th of July condo

Everything was great except for the broken elevators at check in. It was a little frustrating to lug around all our luggage and groceries and wait in long lines for one elevator to get to our unit. Once that was repaired all was well. The unit was very clean and comfortable. For a one bedroom unit it was very spacious and had the capability of sleeping many…even though there was only two of us.

Spring Break Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the right amount of space for our family of 5. The views are unbeatable and having an indoor pool was nice to have on chillier days. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again.
