Great stay in super quiet and great neighborhood

The house was fantastic, perfect for our family of 4. We’re in bend every year and this is our favorite neighborhood, walkable to great restaurants and close to lots of outdoor activities

Great neighborhood

Our group of six enjoyed the house, hot tub, private back deck and neighborhood. The home served as a great base for our day trips to the cascades and was a short walk to several restaurants, bakery and a 10-15 min drive to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked and the space suited us Well.

Very nice but one wrinkle

The property is immaculate and well-maintained. The water heater conked out while we were there, but the management company was extremely responsive in getting the situation fixed and appropriately discounting our stay. Location could not have been better. One wrinkle to note: there are no doors to the master bath, including to the toilet. If the master bedroom will be occupied by a singleton or by a couple who are used to sharing *everything*, this isn't an issue, but if you're used to having privacy while using the toilet, it's good to be aware of this quirk.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Our Bend Vacation

The property is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay while visiting with our son, daughter-in-law and 8-month old grand-daughter. We will definitely be booking future stays.

Great place to stay in Bend

My family had a nice time here for a ski vacation. It was clean and as advertised. I noticed a missing smoke detector and told the owner and the next day a new smoke detector was installed.

Just fabulous!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. There are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Neighbors were friendly as well. Loved the hot tub in the snow! Very private setting, can't wait to come back this summer.

Perfect place for a family retreat!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home! It was perfect for our needs. My 1yr old granddaughter loved the open floor plan as she was just learning to walk and had all the space she needed. The backyard facilities were great too! Large deck, barbecue, and hot tub were all big hits! Thanks again…. My family and I will be back! Bill

Comfortable, stylish and well maintained home

This ranch house in a newer residential area of Bend worked wonderfully for our family ski vacation. We appreciated the contemporary and comfortable furnishing, nice separation of spaces (master suite at one end, 2 bedrooms and 2nd bath at the other), well outfitted kitchen, hot tub and garage parking. The owners provided many thoughtful touches — bottle of wine, soap and hair products in the bathroom, basket of hot tub towels, detergent for the laundry. A short drive or pleasant walk takes you to many cute shops, upscale food markets and restaurants.

Beautiful Bend Getaway

This home was beautiful! Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. My Husband and I will be coming back again!

3 strikes and you are out

1st- received a call approx 2 weeks prior to vacation asking if we could delay our trip by a day because the home was double booked. Fortunately, the issue was resolved, however, we got to waste time searching for a new rental just in case. Who needs that stress? 2nd- arrived in town at 6pm and still had not received check-in information. Made a few messages and calls and finally got that. 3rd- arrived to the home to find that it had not been cleaned, bed linens had not be changed, towels on the bth floor, garbage stacked in the garage. The home could not be cleaned that day, so we got to find ourselves a hotel for the night. Not at all now we had planned our 1st night of our vacation. We were refunded for the 1st night but got to spend our money on a hotel room and enjoy the stress of it all. The house was nice but not worth the multiple errors. Sure put a damper on our trip.
