Summary:
Gorgeous, updated one bedroom with spectacular views! Open concept living /dining with sectional sofa including a queen sleeper overlooks the sparkling ocean through a huge wall to wall window! Fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Dining area seats 4 and also provides that spectacular view! Luxurious King bedroom (again with a breathtaking view!) opens to the covered veranda which also opens off of the living room.

The Space:
A bistro table and chairs offer the perfect spot for meals in the ocean air! Gorgeous bath with tub/shower combination and beautiful granite vanity... We provide luxurious towels and an array of soaps shampoo, conditioner and cleansers! NEW LVP flooring throughout...

• Free (and very reliable) Wi-Fi High Speed broadband Xfinity Internet – no problem with video conferencing, zoom meetings, etc.

• HD TV programming on two large TV’s

• There are 2 elevators that service our building with one very close to the unit.

The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is extremely well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 SWIMMING POOLS and 4 HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns and is just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.

Although this is a new listing we are experienced hosts with 5 star reviews and we are certain that you will have an outstanding stay in our condo!

Please note: While we love children, we have set up our condo for adults only with high end furnishings and art... thanks for understanding!

Beautiful Condo

Stunning views of the ocean. The condo has everything you will need for your stay. It's beautifully decorated The balcony is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view! We hope to return often.

We had a wonderful trip and our condo was perfect! The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying with them. The communication was fantastic, if we had a question they answered asap. 5 stars

Wonderful stay - even during the hurricane!

We stayed during Hurricane Helene - arrived early Thursday and were so appreciative of Kellie letting us check in early since the unit was already clean. Amelia had very few affects from the storm (so fortunate in so many ways) and we actually had wonderful weather the remainder of the weekend. Kellie checked on us, making sure everything was all right, and was so great as a hostess. We are very familiar with Amelia and with the Surf and Racquet Club and love staying here - it's so great to be able to stay right on the beach where you can see the ocean and hear the waves when you open your windows. The unit has everything you need and the 6th floor gives you a lovely view.

Great Stay

Unit is great for couple’s getaway. Nicely appointed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful view. The host means it when she says, contact me if you have questions or need anything. She was great!

Amazing!!

The condo was so comfortable, very nice, and in a perfect location for our beach getaway!! The views and the relaxing sounds of the ocean were absolutely amazing! Kellie provided excellent communication and the welcome bottle of wine was such a nice surprise! We are already talking about the Next time we can go back!!!

Beautiful place

The property is great, and is in a good location. This unit is beautiful and exactly as described. The balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We definitely plan to return.

Fantastic Stay!

This condo was comfortable, clean, and provided an excellent view to the ocean. The complex is well maintained and quiet, the pool was refreshing and the beach was just a few steps away. We were able to hear the waves crashing from our balcony. I was excited to see some turtles while walking along the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was equipped with all the supplies we needed. We look forward to our next visit.

First Amelia Island visit

We loved visiting Amelia Island and look forward to going again in the future. We ate at several fabulous restaurants, watched the sunset by the boat docks in the historic district and enjoyed beach time and a much needed rest. This was our first trip to the island and we were not disappointed.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time at Amelia Island. The room was so comfortable with an amazing view. I loved waking up each morning watching the waves come in. Kellie was great to work with and answered all of the questions I had. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation, thank you so much!

Comfortable property

The condo was well decorated with many amenities I didn’t even recall being listed. The bed was comfortable. Access to food, shopping and attractions was as easy. A wonderfully lazy stay.

The condo was decorated very nicely and the living room had a beautiful view of the water. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated but very clean and offered every needed amenity.

Birthday Trip

Wonderful stay! My sister and I planned a trip for our mother’s 70th birthday and it was perfect! Very clean, easy walk to the beach, great communication, very safe, and well stocked with everything we needed! We had the most fun and hope to return!

Great get away

Having never been to Amelia Island, we selected this place from the VRBO site. We were not disappointed. Great place, the Island is beautiful and the historical downtown and the beaches are wonderful. We’ll be back.

Fantastic time

We had a very positive experience during our stay at your wonderful condo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a thoughtful touch that added to the charm! The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were impeccable. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations, making our time here even more enjoyable. The property's location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful beach retreat near local attractions. We really enjoyed our walks on the beach, the downtown restaurants, and shops. Our favorite meal was at Espana. The communication with Kellie was excellent which contributed to our overall positive experience. We cannot thank you enough for providing such a delightful retreat. We will undoubtedly recommend your property to friends and family looking for a getaway. We look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.
