This unit has the most beautiful views of the water from every room!



We are conviniently located within a short walking distance to Rogers Arena, BC place, Seawall, Gastown, restaurants and pubs.



We have some of the best amenities in town:

- Secured underground parking (One parking spot is included)

- Indoor pool

- Hot tub

- Dry and steam saunas

- Fully equipped gym

- Private garden for guests

- Paid parking lot in the building if you have more than 1 car



Other Things to Note:

Sofa bed Use:

Kindly note that there will be a linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



Crib and Highchair:

We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds ..



Portable AC:

Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.



Interaction with Guests:

To make the checkin smooth and easy, we have setup a self checkin so our guests.

Great location. Easy to get to metro or walk to local attractions. Beautiful view. Easy check in. Very clean. Our family enjoyed the pool and exercise area. Appreciated the provided toiletries, dishwashing and clothes washing materials. Only recommendation I would have is to provide towels for pool - our family of four only received four towel sets which made drying off at pool difficult. Could also provide a few more hangers in the closet.

Jessie, responded quickly to any questions. The location was very convenient for us. The water pressure was amazing. It was great having parking and ensuite laundry. If you are a light sleeper the train can be a bit loud. We didn’t get to the pool so can’t common on that. The only thing missing for us was a place to put clothes. Very large closets but only 4 clothes hangers in one bedroom and none in the other. If we had asked, I’m sure Jessie would have supplied them. We were only there two nights so not really a big deal. Thank for a great stay!

Good place, good location

This condo was great for what we needed--a quick place to stay before travelling to the mountains. The location was perfect, the view was cool. Accomodations were fine, nothing fancy but enough gor what we needed. Would rent again!

Family holiday in Vancouver

Fantastic apartment centrally located to all that Vancouver has to offer. Close to the train station and an easy walk to most places downtown.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is close to everything and the owner was very responsive and accommodating - will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place in a great position. Very close to everything and easy walking distance to Canada Place where you can book attractions. The unit was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchcen and really comfortable beds, Location also had restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets and liguor stores within short walking distance. Jesse, the host was very accommodating and replied very promptly to any messages. Would defininitely recommend.

Wonderful stay, great view

As the title suggests, recently had a wonderful stay at this apartment and enjoyed the amazing view. Was nice being so close to stadium station, plus all the action with arena next door and so many dining options nearby. Would highly recommend.
