Waterfront Home Located near Ark, Reds and Bengals. Newly Renovated.

New Listing and Newly Renovated. Come enjoy relaxing at our Waterfront Lake House Fishing FrenZee on Bullock Pen Lake. Great fishing and great location. The house is centrally located to enjoy all the activities in the area (see list below). The house is right on the lake with 2 fire pits, kayaks and cornhole and new gas grill. Also less than a mile to the Boat Ramp. All updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Master with Queen Bed and second bedroom with Bunkbed Full and twin on top and twin trundle. The basement has a large cozy couch with a large TV and a full size Golden Tee 98 and Bowling Game.

Very cozy, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This place has a beautiful view off the back deck and the owner provides everything needed to enjoy time on the water. From fishing gear to kayaks and life jackets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.Owner was very responsive and even left us a small tote bag as a gift. Overall we had the best time staying in this home.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!

If your looking for a weekend getaway on a beautiful lake.. BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Its perfect for families and my kids made life long memories!! Perfect sunsets on the water and they have plenty of fishing poles already! We will be back next year!!

Family spring break

We had a great stay. Beautiful place. So well done inside. All amenities provided. It Was a little bit tight quarters for the 6 of us. But we made the most of it spent lots of time outside and exploring the area.

Great Lakeside Retreat!

Quiet, peaceful lakeside location! Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. Nice dock for fishing and perfect for an evening fire pit after a busy day. Perfect location for visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Come on out to the lake and enjoy!

We absolutely loved the house and grounds. It looks like it’s been completely renovated recently. Good quality appliances and cooking equipment. Everything we forgot to take they had available at the house. My husband loved the fishing (the dock is on the property). The neighbor came by and introduced himself. He was very friendly and even took us out on his boat. We loved our time there and really hated to leave. Hoping to return some day.

Comfy lake house

Nice newly remodeled lake house with fishing amenities, corn hole, lower lever games. Nice deck overlooking channel. Host is amazing. Very restful!

This place is a very cute home. The home is clean and stocked with everything you need and some. Had a great time fishing, my husband LOVED the fishing. Great neighbors. We will for sure be back very soon. THANKS!

Amazing

This is the perfecr getaway. Right on the lake with plenty of outdoor activities . Between the kayaks, fishing, corn hole & huge deck overlooking the lake its a wonderful way to spend the day outdoors. The lake house is cute & modern & stocked with everything you could need. It was clean & welcoming. I absolutely recommend!!!

Lake House

We had a wonderful experience. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to relax. The host provided fishing gear and kayaks which was a nice addition. It was super nice to kayak on the lake which was right next to the house. All amenities were there plus some. Dee who was our host was on top of communication and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Our week in Kentucky.

This was our first big trip post-Covid. Started the trip planning to see the area sites and we did. But my husband doesn’t really relax and enjoy the quiet time unless we find a place on a lake for a little bit of fishing. Our daughter is 17 and may not want to travel with us many more times, so she got the opportunity to make some fishing memories with her Pops. Dee is a great host, every thing was wonderful and we appreciate the time spent in her home! The neighbors are very kind and helpful too!

Great week end getaway to the Ark

Went up for a long week end to go to the Ark and Creation museum. The home is small, but was perfect for our needs. It is extremely clean and is beautifully decorated. We didn't fish or get in the lake, but had a fire outside in the evening on the outside deck area by the lake. Kitchen is well stocked. We felt so welcomed by the host, she was quick to respond to any of our needs. Dee's neighbor was also a kind soul, he gathered kindling and made our fire for us. Perfect host! Would stay again if we are ever that way.

Clean and communicative

Very good communication. Clean place. A little tight on space in the master bedroom- no easy place to set suitcases. Great stocked kitchen. And it might help to let people know that the lock box is on a vertical post as you enter the porch. It took us a while to find it. Thanks for your hospitality!

Clean, cozy, lakeside home with a beautiful view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting both the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. We enjoyed sitting by the lake watching fish jump & turtles swimming. Next time we’ll pack appropriate attire to use the kayaks.Dee was an amazing host and a great communicator. She was always quick to respond to inquiries before, during, & after our stay.

Just a short end of summer getaway forte family. Great check in process. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions on restaurants and activities. The house was extremely clean. Kitchen was nice - all cooking utensils were there. Grounds were well kept. Kayaks were great, with life jackets for everyone. TVs in every room. Fire pit was safe and in the perfect spot. We even made a new friend in the neighbors cat , Pearl, that came to visit everyday! Beautiful views of the lake!
