New Listing and Newly Renovated. Come enjoy relaxing at our Waterfront Lake House Fishing FrenZee on Bullock Pen Lake. Great fishing and great location. The house is centrally located to enjoy all the activities in the area (see list below). The house is right on the lake with 2 fire pits, kayaks and cornhole and new gas grill. Also less than a mile to the Boat Ramp. All updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Master with Queen Bed and second bedroom with Bunkbed Full and twin on top and twin trundle. The basement has a large cozy couch with a large TV and a full size Golden Tee 98 and Bowling Game.

We had a nice stay and the house was great. Very nice house and well kept! We even had a friendly little cat come to the deck and greet us. We went to the Ark and the Creation Museum so the house was in a great location to get to both places easily. I enjoyed the fritters! Thanks much! All the best and we enjoyed our first time ever in Kentucky!

This property was a great getaway for our family of 5. The family enjoyed the kayaks, cornhole and the other amenities that were available. Quiet area looking out over the lake. Dee is a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Dee is a fantastic host and the stay is fantastic I recommend it highly!!! The lake is lovely and the area is gorgeous. Close enough to major attractions but also hidden away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Dee provided a sweet treat and even allowed a later departure. All in all it was a pleasant weekend by the lake.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay. We ended up not sitting at the fire, but instead at the dock. Being on the lake was nice. The house was small and cozy. No rodents or insect issues inside the house. We would do it again.

Exactly what we needed! As listed. Dee left no detail out. Stocked Kitchen and everything we needed to enjoy camp fires, kayaking and fishing. We didn’t have to leave. Very friendly neighbor!

Overall our stay was great... my husband & I celebrated our wedding anniversary & Dee surprised us with a cake & a bottle of mimosas in the fridge on our arrival. Dee is a awesome host & I can't express enough how pleasant it was to have such a great host! The only thing that the husband & I didn't care for was the neighbors yard/junk being in our view from the back of the house deck looking out to the lake. They were friendly neighbors, but it was a eye sore looking out to a scenic view of the lake seeing all their junk in the back yard of the lakehouse.

Host very kind, communicative, and wonderful. House was fair/average. Pictures are deceiving as lot is very steep and on a diagonal, so neighbor’s property extended behind this house and felt like he was in our yard. Neighborhood was very unappealing.
Blue is rental, but gives idea of neighborhood.
