Brad was very helpful from the time we booked till the time we had to leave! This place is on a quite street (with awesome neighbors) VERY walkable to all of downtown Brevard and Brevard College as well as hope jump and skip to great restaurants in the Lumberyard District. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Location is perfect for walking to restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit Brevard.

A perfect spot in Brevard! Communication from the host was excellent. The house had everything we could have needed. The outdoor shower and hot tub were just lovely. The quiet thing was a street allows for serenity and it is an easy walk to downtown Brevard. I look forward to visiting again!

5 stars indeed! Excellent location, fantastic place, and great amenities. No complains and would absolutely recommend! In the heart of the King Street Arts district, there are places to explore right down the street and only a 5 minute walk to downtown for more shops, restaurants, and things to explore. Brad has put the perfect touches and details on the place was an excellent communicator. Will stay here again and would absolutely recommend!!!

Lumberyard Oasis was wonderful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved the outdoor storage where we could lock up our bikes. Pisgah and Dupont are just a short drive away. It's in a great location--restaurants and nightlife are nearby. You're within easy walking distance to downtown Brevard and the great restaurants there. Brad, the host, was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this spot.

This was a wonderful few days in the lumberyard. The home was spotless and very comfortable. Location is ideal with several options to walk for dinner or breakfast. Loved the hot tub which was pristine and the secure building to store bikes. Definitely hope to stay here again!

This was a perfect location for our biking vacation. The house was gorgeous, quiet and absolutely spotless! It had everything you could ever need. We were able to walk to breweries and local bakeries. The hot tub and outdoor shower was such a nice treat. Brad was a wonderful host, sending us suggestions and many great tips. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful place and great host. Amenities are great for cyclists. From the bike storage in back shed to the hot tub for a nice relaxing recovery after a long ride. Property is in walking distance of everything that makes Brevard a great place to visit. Will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful property!!!!! We really enjoyed the large hot tub. The house was very clean. The location was very convenient to downtown, restaurants, and waterfalls. We enjoyed all the little extras - extra towel bars in the bathrooms, very comfortable mattresses, well stocked kitchen, and outdoor lighting. We will return.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay in this house. The house was very clean, very well equipped having everything we needed from extra towels to cozy, plush blankets, a fire pit, a jacuzzi, comfortable beds. The location was close to restaurant and bars. I plan to stay here again.

Perfect weekend retreat!

Perfectly charming and well-kept home in a cute area and accessible location! The home had everything we needed and the backyard is just lovely. Had a wonderful stay and would stay again in the future!

Spacious and Immaculate Property!

Such a thought out property, it has everything you need without being cluttered. It was enjoyed by all of us who stayed. And the hot tub and outdoor shower were such a treat! A big plus were the restaurants and breweries on the street, had a great community feel.

Fantastic property. Walking distance to Downtown Brevard and right in the heart of the vibrant Lumberyard District. The Lumberyard Oasis is truly that. Abundant wildlife sightings right from the hot tub. Beautifully appointed and decorated. Fantastic communication with the host. My favorite rental in Brevard.

This home in Brevard is THE BEST rental that I have ever had! The home is beautiful and very walkable to downtown Brevard. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great, the kitchen is well stocked, and the outdoor space is lovely. We really enjoyed the hot tub! As impressive as the property is, the host is even better! You simply will not find a better host. Communication is clear and timely, check in is seamless, and his hospitality is unmatched! For example, there was a brief (scheduled by the power company) power outage during one of our nights. The host communicated this as soon as he was aware and made sure that there were no issues from the event (and there were none!) I will 100% stay at this property in the future and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Brevard area! (Side note: walk on the campus of Brevard College to see lots of white squirrels!) Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect home for a family to visit

This is a gorgeous house and a wonderful area. Brad was an amazing host so easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to be able to stay there in the future. do yourself a favor book this property it is wonderful.
