We have traditionally stayed further down near the Clearwater/Madeira Beach area and this was our first trip to PCB. We found the condo to be a great residence for the week. Weather was great and beaches were too. Great vacation and good value.

Great location, loved the pools. We had three year olds and they enjoyed the smaller pool. Would stay here again.

Condo was filthy!! We had to get Clorox wipes to wipe down toilets and sinks.. which were brown. Food on floors from previous guest. Lost power one day and water the next.. ended up leaving a day early as we were just done.

Kelli never mentioned about cleanliness the entire stay, First of all my housekeeping sends multiple pictures of all the rooms, I checked and it looked clean. Guests wear shoes inside the condo and keep the patio door open, due to humidity the floors will get dirty. If mentioned early I could have sent my staff immediately to care of it. We appologise about power and water, it is not under our control, the county has some issues and they take it out for maintenance, it is unfortunate it happened during the stay. Telling all the things after checking out and leaving bad review is unfair

Welcoming and spacious condo. It was perfect for us as it was away from the the more congested area of the building. The room offered every convenience We had a great time

LIVING OUR BEST LIFE AT THE REGENCY

Property was clean and tastefully decorated. I replaced batteries in remotes. I would definitely rent this place again.

Snowbird retreat

The property manager was prompt with responding to questions. The beds were very comfortable. The appliances were amazing. The WiFi wasn’t reliable.

Hello David, sorry for the unconvinced during your stay. You never mentioned any of the issues during your stay, many things like bulb and tightening can be fixed immediately by our maintenance staff. Some of the things you have mentioned is not true. Our housekeeping puts a new shower curtain every 2 weeks, it can’t have mildew in 2 weeks and I verified that. We replaced 1-2 bulbs in the bathroom, which takes 5 mins to replace by our staff. Again, toilet seat loose can be fixed in 5 minutes by our staff.. We have put the balcony and furniture pictures, we were not hiding anything. We constantly try to upgrade things but if you did not like the pictures maybe the condo was not suitable for you and your family. Thank You

Clean and Comfortable!

The owners of the condo were so kind and accommodating. We were in constant communication before and during our visit. From the time we opened the door of this beautiful condo until the day we left, we felt like we were right at home. The amazing decor was very stylish and truly had a beach vibe. The owners obviously worked hard to make sure the home was clean and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. It was so wonderful to come home to such a nice and enjoyable place after a long day at the beach. Our family thought it was in the perfect location. We were only a few short steps to the gorgeous emerald waters. Regency Towers, where the condo is found, felt very secure and provided many opportunities for entertainment. There was movie night, an ice cream social, and karaoke on the sun deck. We also loved spending time in the crystal clear, cool and refreshing pools. Bikini Bottoms between the two pools was a great place to grab a drink or bite to eat ant affordable prices. Our time in Panama was way too short! We look forward to visiting again and staying in this home away from home.
