We are located right downtown, and our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
There is a beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1.- November 1.) including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect al fresco meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

The unit is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

We stayed in apartment #2 which is walkable to just about everything - St.George St, the college, most dining. Check in and check out was very easy, simple check out instructions. House was clean, kitchen is very well supplied. The pool area is very tropical and a great way to wind down after a day of sightseeing. Washer and dryer was an added bonus.

Overall, this was a great stay! Kirsten was very receptive to our inquiries, and the place was very cool. A tiny bit further from where we hung out in town than where we'd ideally like to be, but it's not something that would keep us from coming back.

Hands down,if we return to St Augustine, it will be to this place!!Ideally located to walk every where, which for us is a definite plus. Kirsten was in touch from questions to renting to check out. The unit was better than advertised.Clean. Comfortable. Well stocked with towels and toiletries.

Everything was great. Everything was so close. Could walk around to some sites! Close to everything! Will book again! Book doesn’t show it ,but outdoor sign shows pool closes at 9pm ,no biggie we just didn’t see it until after in the pool

Our stay was seamless. We stayed in apartment 2. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We especially liked having the pool area to relax after walking to various places.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Everything needed in the kitchen and glad for the laundry area. As an older person, I did need some extra lighting under the counter and in the living room. Enjoyed our stay.

This is the 2nd - but not last - time we spent at the property. The unit is spotlessly clean & comfortable and has everything we’d need for a long weekend away. Our host is responsive & helpful with recommendations. Everything from restaurants to art galleries to music venues is in walking distance. We’ll be back again - hopefully soon!

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 42 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We have been frequent visitors to St Augustine for quite a while now, and we would always go for a walk or ride our bikes in Lincolnville. Maybe because it's so authentic or maybe because it's one of the few areas of downtown that have a real neighborhood.
