Spacious family home in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Colorado Springs. Enjoy expansive views overlooking the city, mountains, and Air Force academy from the decks, plus a huge spiral slide! Spend your evenings around a rustic, stone fire in the back yard or recovering from the days adventures in the oversized, 7 Person Hot Tub. Inside, find a dining room, two living rooms, and a game room with a Pool Table. Plenty of room to spread out after a long day of adventuring!
Beautiful neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Walking distance from Cottonwood Creek Park, a frisbee golf course, and running/walking trail.

We had a great stay at this rental. We were 8 and there was more than enough room for all of us. There are 3 big bedrooms upstairs and 2 big bedrooms in the basement. Fully equipped kitchen was a must for us and this rental did not disappoint. The rental is located close to at least 3 grocery stores and several restaurants. It's easy to get anywhere you want to go from this location. Austin, the owner, was very on point with his communications. We cannot rate this rental highly enough!

House was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub was perfect! The temperature of the house was also perfect. While there was no bedroom on the main floor, the beds were comfortable. It was a great place for our extended family vacation. Thank you!

Just know that one of the basement bedrooms does not have a closet. The other basement bedroom has a closet but no pole for hanging clothes, or shelves. All upstairs bedrooms have closets. Pet friendly. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect in regards to space and having two refrigerators, plenty of bathrooms, hot tub was amazing! It had all major necessities and then some! Communication with Austin was great and he took care of us very well! He went above and beyond for us!

Great property in a great location
The property is great and was very conveniently located from all the attractions. It was also very kid friendly. The kids enjoyed the slide and the hot tub. Overall, we would stay here again if we visit Colorado Springs.

Family Vacation Colorado Springs
Very comfortable property! Might be a little dated, but had everything we needed with great location and spaciousness!

Perfect home for family gatherings
The location, home and ease of working with the host made this family gathering just perfect! Will absolutely book this home again.

Great Stay!
The house was gorgeous and just what we were looking for. Austin had great communication and worked with us as needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home
The host was amazing and ensured that our stay was perfect. It's a huge home and we loved the hot tub after walking and hiking all day. Overall, a great stay.

Great family space!
Austin was very attentive and kind! We had no troubles at all! Many things to do in the area! We would definitely book again!
