Great place. Easy arrival and departure from the flat. Host communicated when needed. Location was excellent as described in the post, within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon.

This is a great spot in Folly, close but not too close to all the activity of the village. Right next to path to beach so a million stars for that. No one was downstairs while we were up, so just as quiet as we'd hoped. Really clean and easy space- highly recommend Folly and this home!

Great space for parents and younger teens. Close to the beach, great food, and shops. Flat had everything we needed and was full of eclectic beachy charm.

Teresa was such an amazing host! Her home was close to everything, a short walk to the beach, and had literally everything you needed. All of the amenities and little thoughtful touches were so appreciated! The living area is so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness 10/10. Communication was wonderful and prompt and she was so sweet I would absolutely stay here again!

Great communication with host before and during our stay. The flat was perfect for our family of four. Everything was super clean upon arrival and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need to cook. Comfortable beds, sofas, and we loved the outdoor shower. Nice beach chairs and towels. Location is awesome—short walk to beach, Bert’s, Chico Feo, etc. Looking forward to coming back!

Book this flat! GREAT location and the owner is very responsive with questions. It is a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The outdoor shower is awesome. The beach towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs were much appreciated! Bonus!

The location is fantastic! You can walk to the beach and to the restaurants in just a couple of minutes. We barely had to move the car the whole time! The apartment is lovely with lots of windows and very comfy couches and beds. It was exceptionally clean and has a well stocked kitchen, which saved money because we could cook some of our meals. Teresa was friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly, highly recommend!

This was such a great location for walking to the beach, Bert's store and local restaurants, and the owners stocked the unit with everything we could need, like beach chairs, family games and sugar for our coffee! The outdoor shower was amazing also so that we could rinse off after the beach.

Wonderful stay!

The place is immaculately clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location to the downtown and beach couldn't be better. Would definitely stay there again! Teresa is a wonderful host.

This place was amazing. We loved the back yard, so nice to hang out and chat in the evenings. The kitchen was amazing and decorated so cute. The jacuzzi tub was a nice perk! Super soft and cozy beds as well, we all felt so at home. The spacious living area was fun to hang in at night and unwind with the huge TV. Close to everything; food, coffee and most importantly the beach.

Great VRBO! Just two blocks to beautiful Folly Beach, shopping, and restaurants. A quick 20 minutes to Charleston. The house was spotless and tastefully furnished; kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances, plates, etc.; linens were high quality; hostess was attentive via text and made sure all was well. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Thanks, Teresa!

Theresa was wonderful, welcoming and very communicative. This was my family’s first time visiting Charleston and Folly Beach. You can not get a better location. Walking distance to everything. The house was very clean and just as described. Looking forward to returning for another trip.

The location was great. Close to beach and downtown. House was clean and very homey. They have beach toys, chairs and an outside shower to clean off before going inside.

Fantastic stay and experience in Folly Beach

We had a great time in Folly Beach! This was our first time visiting the island and Teresa went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The property was more than spacious for my family of 3; it would comfortably accommodate 2 couples as well. Clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, easy check-in, very close to town and beaches…really everything you want in a vacation rental. 10/10 experience with this property!

Great Time in Folly Beach

Place was as advertised. Well-stocked kitchen, great layout, lots of space, and everything was clean. Also, nice towels and beach chairs were available for use. Owner was also very responsive and gave great suggestions. Perfect time!

Great location, notably clean with all the amenities for a wonderful beach vacation. The hosts are both proactive and prompt to respond to any questions and/or concerns. Look forward to returning.

This was an absolute great place to stay. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very short walk to Folly Pier and Center street. Everything in Folly was easily accessible. Teresa checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone. The house was very clean and very nice. Will be coming back for sure!!

Fantastic!

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great, easy short walk to beach and downtown. Unit had many convenient extras such as well stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, board games and puzzles. AC worked super.
