Both are core to why guests choose this property, so we addressed both right away. The hot tub has been fixed and the pool table is back in good working condition. Great property but i feel like it is not big enough to comfortably handle 16 people. We had 8 and that was enough. Check the hot tub upon arrival, it wasn’t on and ended up not able to use during the entire stay. Floors squeak through the entire house. Its ok but nothing to brag about for what was advertised.

I want to address each of your points directly. On capacity, we're going to revisit how we represent group sizes in the listing so larger groups have realistic expectations going in. On the hot tub, that should have been hot and ready when you arrived, no excuses. Our team is tightening the pre-arrival checklist so it's verified every single time. Perfect house for large group.

The house has amply room for outside fun, hot tub, and bedrooms! Very clean, and layout was ideal.

Amazing Time

This was an amazing stay! I enjoyed every moment. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub because of our timing, but overall this was a great stay! I hope it is available when I come back!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party, and overall it was a great house for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with most of the amenities you would need for a weekend stay.That said, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. It was obvious this is a house that hosts a lot of parties, but it didn’t seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There were footprints throughout the house as if the floors hadn’t been mopped, chew on the floor in one of the bedrooms, hair in the bed sheets that made us question whether they had been changed, and we even pulled a plate from the cabinet that still had food grease residue on it, as though it had been put away without being washed. The house also smelled like stale beer when we arrived.I know the cleaning crew had been there because early check-in wasn’t allowed due to cleaning, which made these issues even more disappointing.Overall, I think this property has a lot of potential and is a great option for larger groups. If the cleanliness matched the quality of the home, I would absolutely recommend it. I hope the owners can address the cleaning standards because that’s really the only thing holding this place back.
