We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Lots of great restaurants to walk to. House was very comfortable and clean. Great communication with host, super easy check in and check out.

What a wonderful place in a beautiful neighborhood! Really nice recommendations from the host. Only annoying thing is the daytime parking limit of 2 hours but that's pretty typical in Philly and we actually found an unrestricted block not too far away! Would absolutely want to stay here again. The property was very spacious and I loved taking a morning moment out on the roof top deck

Incredibly spacious rental in the best location in downtown Philly! So many great local restaurants and an Acme within walking distance and a very well-appointed kitchen. The historical items and art work are icing on the cake. And the pool table! This is my new favorite rental in South Philly.

Perfect stay for our family

The property is wonderful. Well stocked and spacious. Cute, walkable neighborhood. The hosts were extremely responsive. We especially loved the roof deck and pool table!

Philadelphia Adventure

Awesome place. Super convenient to Subway, good restaurants, and bars. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed.Great place for a weekend or weeklong getaway.

Great location, comfortable

Great location in Passyunk, close to public transit and great shops/restaurants. Hosts communicated frequently and made check-in/check-out easy. Accomodations were comfortable and more spacious then expected

Long weekend

Great location so close to Passyunk and all of the restaurants there. The deck was great for evening gatherings and pool table was a lot of fun too.

Great property with more than enough space. Excellent location to East Passyunk restaurants and plenty of options for coffee. This neighborhood showcases South Philly. Hosts were extremely accommodating stay in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommended a stay here.

Wedding weekend

We were visiting the Philadelphia area for our daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed there. Rooms were spacious. There is a very nice outside patio area. House was very well stocked. Area was nice to walk around. Lots of little cafes and restaurants.

Wonderful! We came to Philly from SC for our son’s graduation from Rutgers in Camden. The location was perfect! Close to NJ and close to restaurants and stores within walking distance in Philly. The house was equipped with everything you would need. It rained most of the time that we were there but Kelli took care of us by leaving several umbrellas for us to use.The furniture, linens and accommodations were top notch!Thank you Kelli for sharing your home with us!

This is an ideal property if you're looking to stay in South Philly for a number of reasons. The hosts were friendly, responsive and provided all of the info we needed for our stay. The property was as-described and shown. The home is in Passyunk area of South Philly and we found the location to be ideal.- Within walking distance of Broad Street and a nearby Metro station.- Within walking distance of Passyunk Avenue and all of its shops, restaurants, bars, etc.- Within walking distance of groceries, bakeries, pharmacies.- Situated in a residential area.We brought a small dog and the property was fine for him, too. There is a park with a dog park nearby if important for you. This is a really great place to stay if you want to feel that you're part of the neighborhood, yet close to so much of what Philly has to offer.

Family weekend

This was a great place for our weekend in Philly with our kids and the grandparents. The spaces were comfortable and funky, lots of character in a good way. Pool table was a big hit. The bedrooms and bathrooms appears to have been recently renovated and were all very nice. The downstairs bedroom/bathroom combo, while spacious and nicely-appointed, does have a bit of a basement feel. The neighborhood is awesome if you're eager for an authentic Philly neighborhood experience--it's on a quiet street, lots of good restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk away, felt very safe day and night. Easy walk to the Italian Market. Would highly recommend.

Perfect in every way!! This place is exactly as pictured but you don’t get the amazing vibe of the neighborhood in the photos. We loved the charm of the Passyunk area of S. Philly. Lots of people walking around, little shops, restaurants, it felt safe and a very chill vibe. The location to downtown Philly was perfect! A 15 min ride. Parking was on street but we had no issues finding a spot and managed to move every 3 hours easily; overnight was fine until 9am, then we were out sightseeing. It’s just a few blocks from the famous cheesesteak rivals- Pat’s vs Geno’s. (Open 24 hrs!)The roof deck was beautiful and my teens loved the pool table!! I loved having the downstairs to myself!! (The shower pressure in the downstairs shower was AMAZING!!) We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Kelli!

Highly recommend! Kelli is a great host—excellent communication. The house was great! Comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen, fun amenities. Close to everything around Passyunk. We look forward to booking this house again in the future.
